I’m sure it’s good food, or average for taco bell. But if your a trucker and you park at the Mach 1 or truck parking that mach 1 provides. They won’t allow truckers to walk up to the window to get food at the window, if the lobby is closed. Apparently due to policies. I feel like they should think of some sort of way to serve truckers that can’t use the drive thru.

I’m very impressed with the staff here. I hear the person in front of me being extremely rude to the person who was taking her order. The employee kept her cool, remained very polite and professional. I give her all the credit. Retail is not easy sometimes and especially not restaurants.

I typically stop at Taco Bell and order the Mexican pizza whenever I’m tired of eating refried beans straight from the can. The reason I get the Mexican pizza is because it’s a delicious meal. It has about nine cups of refried beans spread across a soft crunchy tortilla. Taco Bell evenly spreads half a teaspoon of ground beef across the refried beans. It is the perfect meal if you love refried beans like me. My favorite part about Taco Bell is sometimes they’ll upgrade my drink for free and give me a carbonated sparkling water instead of my other preferred mountain dew Baja blast. I really do enjoy carbonated sparkling water. It makes me feel healthy when they upgrade me free of charge. Thank you Taco Bell. I will continue to support the Mexican pizza. You guys are doing great. I also want to recommend that if you love beans to try Taco bells, black bean and rice meal, black beans and the bean burrito.

Me and another truck driver were denied service by this person because we had no vehicle to go through the Drive thru. Corporate, which is Yum Brands doesn’t seem to have this policy. Just want to warn the truck drivers that they will get Nothing, No Food, No Empathy from them! We tried to get food through the Drive thru & it was Not going to happen. Truckers Roll on bye.

Our food was very fresh and our order was accurate. I had the grilled chicken power bowl which was so delicious. The melted cheese, rice, and black beans tasted amazing. I’ve been disappointed before at this location, but they got it right this time.

Normally, I would give 5 stars. But something has changed at the west Frankfort taco bell. It’s not been very fresh lately. Today, I picked up my lunch through the drive through. When I got back to work and started or tried to eat my lunch it was absolutely terrible. The cinnamon twist and the chalupa had a funky taste and smell. Like maybe bad grease that they were fried in. I also had a coworker try them and she confirmed they were terrible. I called taco bell and spoke to Mary. Mary was very defensive and rude. She wasn’t nice at all. So Mary told me to come tomorrow. So I guess I will go back and order something else and see if it taste any better. Also, Taco bell needs to train Mary on her customer service skill.
