I don’t know what it is with this location but everytime i go there they get my order wrong. I get the same thing nacho Bell grande with only ground beef and cheese. I always check my order and of course it looks right at first until when I get home and I see that there is beans under the ground beef and cheese. I don’t know how I could’ve made it clearer I say ground beef several times yet they still put beans in it I’ve never had this problem at any other location but this one 9 times out of 10 is going to get it wrong.

Bad attitude team members, sub par food, this store is a joke. Drive thru team member shouldn’t threaten to call the cops on a customer for checking the bag before they drive off. Serious retraining is needed. But you’re better off just throwing them away and hiring somebody else.

The crispy tacos are pretty good for its price they aren’t soggy when received and were warm. Service is is ok and almost very quickly and the food was made pretty quickly.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The incompetence of the the night crew is unreal. If it wasn’t for doordash, i would never step foot in that place again. Four orders in a row they forgot items and then they have the audacity to get extremely nasty and rude with me because I am doing my job correctly and making sure the customer is getting everything they asked for. Doordash requires me to check that everything is in the bag and of course every single time there is something missing. I politely ask for the missing items and get cursed out and yelled at. I’ve never delt with such nasty workers my entire 3 years of doordashing. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I’ve been in the area for a few months now and this taco bell is by far the worst place to doordash at night. Taco bell needs to do some reevaluations and fire some people. I’ve never said that about anyone so how sad. They should be ashamed.

Stopped by earlier to pick up an order. Walked in through the UNLOCKED doors and approached the front counter only to be shouted at by an employee with questions like how I got in there, what I wanted, and to get out and wait outside. She continued shouting at me and I told her I would have happily obliged if she had just been nice and respectful. She then calls her manager, who proceeds to CALL THE POLICE. I wasn’t in the restaurant for all but two minutes, and these people call the police on me! These people are negligent with their own responsibilities and instead of owning up to their mistakes, they completely disrespect you for literally no reason. The police arrived and escorted me outside. The officers thanked me for remaining calm throughout the situation. I asked the officer to let the manager know I still wanted to talk to her. Just trying to figure out what her logic was in all this, but she was a coward and refused.

I am very upset of how the Taco Bell worker treated me when they forgot my food. They told me to “Fuck off” when I told them they forgot. I was treated with disrespect not to mention how dirty their kitchen was when I was in the dive through. I wish that I could’ve had a better experience but I will never be coming back.

This place is bad after dark. They’re response and accuracy goes from 85%(which is still bad) to less than 50%. And don’t try to handle with a reasonable response (which would be calling and speaking with the manager) because they make sure to not answer your call. Bad, just bad. And if the manager wishes to respond as to get my receipt # and so on and so on, be my guest, but I recommended you handle your staff before you wish to do so. Thank you,
