We placed an online order, to give them time to prepare our large order 15 minutes prior to arriving. We waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I feel like they were short staffed. They did their very best and our food was hot and correct.

The drive thru closes ealier than it’s supposed to ( they will close the restaurant an hour before it’s scheduled to close, without a reason). The service is very very slow even when they are not busy. They take online orders when they are closed due to city inspections and then you can never get in touch with other locations when you try to recover your order after you paid online. I love tacobell’s food, but the service and quality has been getting ridiculously worse and worse. I wish i had a better location near my house. Also the staff have worked together on serveral occasions in my experience just to not have to make my order. Only one employee has ever helped me resolved one issue out of the many I’ve had at this location. I’m usually an understanding and patient customer after working customer service myself, but this is one of those places were they drive you off the edge. I really hope something happens to improve this location, as again i love tacobells food and this is the closest location to my house. Also most other locations aren’t much better.

Tonight I made a visit to the location on 34th and Washington and the lovely lady at the drive thru was absolutely amazing. She was sweet and and kept a smile on her face, she was so understanding, and even double-checked my order after I had told her about my recent issues with this location. Her personality, customer service, and her smile were so refreshing. She was by far the most lovely person I’ve ever met at this location, sadly I did not get her name but she was a younger girl with braces and GORGEOUS blue eyes. she, will be the reason I return! Thank you for making me smile! I hope your night got better!

I ordered Doritos locos tacos from the store on Washington today & was so disappointed & frustrated. I kid you not when I say I got a taco shells with a sliver of meat, a few pieces of lettuce & cheese…not just one but all three tacos. I might fill one shell if I combined all ingredients into 1 taco. With gas prices as they are I had to drive back & get refund by a rude manager that didn’t even apologize, treated me like I made those tacos & wouldn’t give me her name so I could attach it to my complaint. I know you get what you pay for but….nah not right at all

I was appalled at how dirty this restaurant was when I went inside for an order. The service is soooo slow as well. Did a mobile order another time and went through the drive thru. I had three $5 boxes. I sat at the window for over 15minutes, after having been in the drive thru line for a long time, too.

When I had a slight error on my order, the manager named Jay was extremely helpful and courteous, and corrected the mistake immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure the professional integrity and reputation of his establishment was maintained, despite being under severe pressure of a Saturday night rush, he still took the time to make sure that not one customer was left unsatisfied.
