Whoever owns/manages this Taco Bell needs shut down the dining room. When you typically have six people in the kitchen, and are down to three, you don’t keep the drive-through AND the dining room open. We waited 10 minutes in the drive-through, and finally went inside, thinking something was wrong. We waited another 25 minutes after we placed our order. This is Wednesday night at 8:00. The poor girl behind the counter said they only have three people back in the kitchen, which included a manager. She also informed us that one employee walked out last night. So rather than tick everyone off in the drive-through and the dining room, just cater to the drive-through. You did not have the employees to pull off both, and you making people furious. We watched two people flip out on the poor girl behind the counter because of the wait. It is not her fault.

People are friendly, but you gotta check your order before you leave. After leaving today, we found out we were missing a cheese roll up and my fiesta potatoes had no sour cream. Other times I’ve had to ask for drinks. Workers are friendly. I always place my order via the app.

The food is pretty good and sometimes tasty. The employees have never been mean. Maybe some that seemed to disregard me, but pleasant enough. I haven’t really had a bad experience except for that one time when I was going to college. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I guess it was undercooked because I got nauseous. I had to pull over to throw up while driving home after eating it. Yet, I still go there, but I don’t order a chicken quesadilla. I order a cheese quesadilla with beef.

Basic fast food restaurant. Ordering was smooth, but getting the correct order took 10 minutes. The kid on the counter seemed very out of place and scared to asked the cook for the rest of the order.

Not even worth one star. The service was horrible, it took us 40 minutes to get our food and when we finally did, it was made wrong, and it was lukewarm at best if not cold. I did the survey on the bottom of the receipt. No response. Won’t go back.
