Food at this location is always wrong. I don’t even order custom things, and it is wrong. Uncut quesadilla, no sauces, half the typical amount of beef in a taco, no sour cream, extra tomatoes when I ordered no tomatoes. It’s almost like they don’t care what you even want. Service is absolute garbage here. Young kids running the place like they’re God’s gift to us. Whoever put the young girl in charge of drive-thru really screwed up there. She whispers responses back even though there’s a freeway and a multi-lane street adjacent to the ordering area. I said I was having a hard time hearing you, to which she replied, even lower. When i got to the window, her service was even worse. Seems like all associates at this location are trained not to give customers their receipts. I can’t count how many times I’ve been here and have not been given a receipt to reference when reporting missing food or issues with food or service. I understand you can’t teach a proper work ethic to people, but you can hold people accountable. Or better yet, at least have them dress in proper uniform. I dont think a boyz n the hood hoodie is part of Taco bells attire. It’s apparent the inmates are running the asylum at this location, and I’m sad to say I’ll never return. The manager at this location has lost total control of their employees. With del taco across the street, why would anyone come here?

Went to this Taco Bell twice while visiting family in Wildomar California because we needed to try their breakfast (which isn’t available in Canada). We ordered their $5 Bell Breakfast box which was INCREDIBLE value and we were lucky enough to be served by Oscar both times! He is always smiling, very clearly loves his job, and remembered us after one visit! This location is very lucky to have him, this level of service and positivity is so rare. Walked in to get lunch. There were two women working there and no other customers. I tried to place my order on the kiosk but it was cumbersome and very slow. So I walked up to the counter to order. Neither of the employees acknowledged the fact that I was waiting. One looked at me several times never saying she would help me. After 5 minutes of standing there I left and will Never return.

The past few months their service has gone down tremendously! The last couple visit I did not get what I ordered. The first time I was shorted my drink and didn’t realize until I got home. Time after that I was shorted the cinnamon twist, and the last two visits including today I ordered a burrito with no nacho cheese sauce and it was there. I called to complain and didn’t get an answer. I usually go there for lunch which isn’t long but I’m going to find another one if they can’t get it together smh

This TB is terrible! Worst CS around. The kids who run this place really don’t give two craps, and love to try to make sure they close the entrance as soon as possible to not take customers. Roll the dice and see for yourself.

I have no idea how this place is still open. Customer service is non existent. Bathrooms are disgusting toilets won’t flush and out of soap, when notified they were annoyed I even said anything and brushed it off that they new about it but didn’t care…
