After ordering on the app while I was walking to this restaurant, I expected to go inside, pick up my food and be on my way. But I was surprised to find that they were closed due to staffing shortage. Drive-thru was open but I was on foot and wasn’t going to try to go to the drive-thru because I know they would not serve me there. I did send all the specific information to the corporate email address on the receipt along with evidence of this incident and they can’t be bothered with replying to let me know that they’ll fix this issue. You may want to avoid this restaurant since can’t correct a simple problem. $11 is not enough for me to get excited about, but I won’t be coming back to Taco Bell anytime soon, recommend you consider finding another place as well.

this location someone should sue them they don’t open the hours it says in their sign & we came at 9 PM well exactly at 8:55 PM & the guy shut off their lights & locked their doors right when we were about to walk to their doors & we kept waiting knocking he would come whenever we looked away or walked away from the door. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Taco bell is taco bell. You like it if you like it and if you don’t you never will. Heck even if you love it after you eat it you hate it! I would love to see more focus put into serving the dine in guests. I know that delivery services are going hams but the ones that come in to eat need to be appreciated and serviced enthusiastically.

Came in 9:20p 6/18/23 and saw traffic cones blocking the entry to the driveway that were from construction on the road labeled “Nan Inc”. They close at 10p. Slipped passed the stolen cones to the drive through. No response at the order menu. Drove to the window and met “Greg”. He said because it’s Father’s Day they were slow and closed early. He also mentioned they didn’t have the staffing and that’s another reason their closing early. Too slow and a staffing issue? Stole safety cones from the road to close early?? I

The manager here is horrible. He wouldn’t let my Uber driver pick my food up through the drive through which is crazy, even after waiting in the long line for 20 min. All he had to do was hand me my food, but he made me come inside.

There have been multiple times when I have come here late and they are closed, despite saying they are open. Also, when ordering with the app, they will allow you to set the pickup to be inside the restaurant, but then they will lock the doors and make you pick up through the drive through.
