Tacolisto is the newest addition to the Rail Spur dining scene. Flavors were good and staff was friendly – they’ve just opened this week so surely will evolve as they sort out what the neighborhood wants and needs. Would love to see some table service instead of just counter and maybe a few more dishes than just tacos. Def feels more like a lunch spot at this point where you could hang out and do some work over a margarita or 2.

The fish taco was DELICIOUS!!@ Moist, not overcooked, light crispy breaing. I ate it so fast I nearly forgot to take a picture! Sorry due the poor lighting. The food was amazing, trust. I walked there so no issues with finding the place. Super close to stadiums so come early before paying triple or quadruple at the ballpark (sorry Mariners).

Delicious gourmet tacos on house made corn tortillas, along with a variety of other Mexican dishes such as elote. Separate bar area with cocktails, and also a variety of aquas frescas. Self service salsa bar has a variety of spice levels.

Great food and location. I definitely recommend checking it out. 3 tacos and a beer was $26 though so make sure you bring lots of money as it’s on the pricy side.

My experience at Tacolista was a mixed bag. The tacos were undeniably tasty with a variety of flavorful fillings to choose from, but the portion size left me wanting more. The excessive use of plastic in their serve-ware was the biggest letdown. In an era where environmental sustainability is crucial, it would be great to see them adopt more eco-friendly alternatives. Overall, tasty tacos, but room for improvement in terms of their environmental impact
