Wow! If you’re in Key Largo and need a Mexican taco that will blow your mind with flavors, stop in here! We bought the shrimp tacos and the the fish tacos. Also put the hot sauce on them. I couldn’t eat it fast enough! Really good and great heat from the sauce. There’s a little seating area behind the food truck under a canopy. They had a fan going and it was plenty comfortable. Otherwise you can get the food to go or order ahead. It was clean and welcoming. They serve more than tacos, but thats what we got. I could eat a thousand of them. Thanks for the experience! I’ll be back!

After snorkeling with SunDiver, one of the shipmates recommended Tacos Jalisco for a quick bite. So glad we listened! My wife and I had the fish tacos and they were amazing! She’s celiac, so she can’t have gluten, but these are gluten-free tacos and she didn’t react to them (verified!). On our return trip through town two days later, we grabbed tacos here again and this time I also had a blackened shrimp burrito. We also had beans both times. All food was delicious and the staff was friendly too! We highly recommend grabbing a bite here and then heading over to the chocolate shop next door for dessert!

Came recommended by my Scuba guide and it did not disappoint! It is a nice food truck that operated out of a parking lot. They were pretty fast with food, once we ordered we received it withim about 10 minutes. I highly recommend the shrimp tacos–the shrimp was the perfect texture, wasn’t spicy, and was so delicious. My mom ordered the stuffed nachos and it didn’t sit so well with her, but she would come again and order something else. Some night picnic bench style seating and right next to a dessert place.

Best Mexican food in the Upper Keys! Tacos are great – amazing depth of flavor. The chips are a little hard/thick for my taste, but I would eat nearly anything dipped in their queso and chorizo.

This place was DELICIOUS. They even brought the food to your table which I thought was a nice touch for a food truck style taco joint. We got the steak tacos and the mahi mahi tacos but the mahi mahi were by far the best tacos we’ve had!

I am no stranger to food trucks and temper my expectations knowing that they are expected to do a lot in a small space. This place knocks it out of the park. 5 of us stopped and ordered various items from mahi tacos , nachos supreme, shrimp tacos, beef tacos, and guacamole. All were exceptional. Definitely a destination as you are on your travels or if you are local . Well seasoned food. Hot sauce options. Fast and friendly service
