This place is like the Rolls-Royce of Asian style BBQ like yakiniku or KBBQ. Very cozy and quaint location reminiscent of actual Japanese yakiniku restaurants so call ahead and make those reservations. There were only 2 wait staff when we went so there was a little lag in service however they were amazing and very accommodating.

Absolutely amazing restaurant in Gardena. Dont let the high prices scare you off! If you want to splurge you definitely can, but the spicy cold noodles and the kimchi pancakes are honestly good enough reasons to visit.

Their delightful bento boxes have been a silver lining of the covid era. They’ve been creative trying all sorts of things and it can be a little hard trying to figure out what they currently have (website, IG and Yelp are not always up to date). I have appreciated the various bargain priced curry bowls, boxes of all different kinds of high quality meat at all price ranges, cheap beer, even the pancake was great. We’ve tried all the fried chicken, I especially enjoy the cartilage. The groceries they carried for a while was really useful with super high quality eggs for the price. They also have a butcher shop website that looks nice.
