We came to this place for garlic noodles. But it turns out that we like the Pho better than the garlic noodles.

I like how Tanglad serves the food that tastes authentic and clean. Well, the Vietnamese food tends to be clean in the first place, but I feel that Tanglad delivers it in a superior way. Not greasy, not overpowering with flavor. I like Garlic noodle with chicken and the bowls of Pho my friends got look good too. The atmosphere is a plus. Clean restaurant in a reasonable clean neighborhood. This can be my sit-down place for Vietnamese food!

Although I got quick, friendly service in this beautiful Vietnamese spot, I was underwhelmed by the lack of flavor in the veggie noodle bowl. Even after copious amounts of hoisin and sriracha, this dish was not the umami-rich comfort food I was seeking on a chilly day. The veggie spring roll was great. Lots of flavors and textures, and the tofu was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I also loved the fresh young coconut they offer, which also comes with a spoon to scoop out the yummy coconut meat. I would like to return, but I will probably just stick with the spring rolls or try the banh mi!

Went in around 930p on a Friday Night. It’s a warm and inviting space. My friend and I were seated immediately. I ordered the 5-spice chicken. It arrived pretty quickly which was awesome because I was so hungry. What impressed me most was the kindness and hospitality of our server Eric. I have a fractured arm and Eric without any prompting asked me if he could cut my chicken for me. It was polite and unsolicited. It was an act of kindness and I was blown away.

I can’t say enough good things about this Vietnamese restaurant! The flavors in each dish were simply outstanding. The balance of sweet, savory, and spicy was perfection. I particularly loved their crispy banh mi sandwiches and the mouthwatering lemongrass chicken. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The cozy and intimate setting made it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. This restaurant has definitely become my go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Fantastic experience at this restaurant! We ordered the fried imperial rolls and they were incredible. Tasted like they were freshly made before frying. I also got the lemongrass beef with garlic noodles and it was fresh vegetables with quality pieces of steak. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
