It’s almost embarrassing how terrible my experience was here- on two separate occasions. Horrible service- the waitstaff was incredibly slow, distracted, very timid (I’m not sure they received any training at all).

One of the most inhospitable restaurants I’ve ever been to. I was staying at the Doubletree next door for a conference and needed some late night food, so I headed over here since Google told me it was open until 12. I arrived at 11:40 and was greeted by a blocked off door and a manager saying they were only accepting to go orders. This was fine with me as I intended to order food then go back to my room but I felt entirely unwelcome. I ordered from the happy hour menu but was charged regular pricing until I alerted the manager who went to the back to change it. I had to ask for the beer I ordered. It was handed to me at the door. I immediately spoke to the manager and told him I felt very unwelcome in his establishment despite the fact that they weren’t even closed yet. As a bartender, I understand wanting to leave at a reasonable hour, but have never locked customers out *before* closing time. Mike apologized and allowed me to sit at a table.

My husband and I had a great experience, with the waitress she was unbelievable taking care of so many customers my hats off , The other end what we did not like was how she had to do all the work, There was a bartender , all she was doing was standing the only drinks she made was ours,I can say that once the waitress brought it to the table ,we were why can the waitress get help ,then there was a customer sitting down we were not sure if this person was ordering food what we noticed was a female kept coming back and forth she was a cook or some one that worked in the kitchen ,would sit down chat get up go back to the kitchen it was unbelievable while the waitress was so busy and only one person taking care of all the tables , then we notice a waiter he was busy with one table, then I mentioned it to the manager that the waitress need it help , Basically he brought two plates and made sure we seen him then after that never seen him it’s a shame how this place is run the waitress might as well be the manager hard working lady

Food was fine, but the wait was terrible. They only had one or two servers on a Saturday night and we could only get a hold of our waitress after almost a half hour of waiting. We couldn’t get drink refills or ask for anything because of this. Also I paid for the meal and didn’t receive my change back for over a half an hour, the amount they gave back was incorrect too. We spent almost 3 hours here and they weren’t even fully booked. They need more staff for sure.

It was a high priced hotel bar, the place its self was nice, comfortable, and plenty of TVs to stare at. The mediocre cocktails were paired with a grumpy bartender who really made the whole experience terrible. Hopefully if I come back to this bar its a bartender who is enjoying there job. Didnt get any food because it seemed over priced for a hotel menu but they do have you trapped by the airport with minimal options.

Mainly a bar, me being a non-drinker went there for food. I ordered their vegetarian Pizza which was actually good. Flat bread with lots of toppings, white goat cheese and awesome marinara type tomato sauce. It was a hearty meal for one person as they do not serve personal pan sizes pizzas or single slices. For a lone traveller that means lots of wasted food which is a pity.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks for work and memorized the menu for breakfast and ordered immediately but the average wait before we got our food was over 30 minutes and food was below average, all the food was overpriced
