This location needs a little TLC. I have been to a location in Wixom, MI and had an amazing experience. This location let me down. The Service was great and super friendly! This was the bright spot. The dining room was on the dirty side. There was a gentleman attempting to clean, but was bouncing around. This prevented him from completing his task. The food was hot, but the white rice was crunchy like it either was undercooked or had been in the holding area too long and lost it’s moisture. The chicken was very tender and tasted great. The egg roll tasted great and was fresh. The sauce helped to give moisture to.the crunchy rice. I would give this location another chance, but definitely needs improvement.

The wait was long, additionally our order was completely wrong. We had somewhere we needed to be and couldn’t wait another 30 minutes for our food. The manager came out, typed into the computer and handed me a receipt. She said it should be returned to your account in seven days. So now I am out $50 for a week and have no dinner. Completely rude, an seemed annoyed she had to even deal with the situation. Did not even ask what happened or offer to make it right. We used to come here frequently, and loved the food and staff. The entire staff has changed. Over priced and terrible customer service.

Had hair in food. Called the place to let them know and simply got a “Alright , thanks.” Not sure what I was expecting but do these people not wear hair nets or beard nets. And if not , maybe my Madness should consider it. That’s disgusting .

Customer service is good but the restaurant itself is gross, the bathroom floors have bugs everywhere. I ordered two jr bowls and crab ragoons. On steak teriyaki bowl, the steak had a chalky texture to it and looked disgusting. The fried rice seemed like it was heated up or just not cooked long enough. The vegetables in the bowl were cold. On spicy chicken bowl the chicken was crunchy and had barley any flavor. Lastly the ragoons were raw and very sweet. I was fine with the sweetness until I pulled the ragoons apart and saw all the raw dough. The price for those three items was over $30, absolutely ridiculous. I’m overall every disappointed in my experience. This was my first time coming to this place and needless to say my last.

Good food. Friendly team but they seemed well understaffed to take on a not so busy lunch rush. Waited 40 minutes for 5 bowls and when I got to my car the order was wrong. Didn’t have it in me to walk back in and get the order fixed.

We come here at least once every week. Honestly, we love the food. However, they missed our appetizer(crab wonton) when we ordered to-go last Friday… my husband went there and got the same order again. He told them what happened last Friday. The worker response “oh well..It wasn’t my shift that day…” Can’t believe this is the way they deal with reckless service. Really sad and disappointed.

Just consistently delicious food. Everything always has a fresh grilled flavor. Simple menu but always hits the spot. Not the cheapest but enough to fill us all up. We have ordered from here many times and service is good. Atmosphere is typical for a dine in establishment.

It was my first time at this restaurant. When I walked in, it was filled with smoke as if something was burnt. My order was over $100 plus a tip. Therefore, having two big bags of food and a drink, there were no other patrons in the restaurant, and unfortunately, being physically handicapped not one employee assisted me to my vehicle (I know its not their job but it would have been helpful and appreciated). My fried wontons were burnt and could not be eaten. I ordered a chicken bowl, which was pretty good and would order again! The young man at the counter wasn’t too friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was not pleasant, which was a shame after spending over $100.
