First time here. What I ordered was amazing. I even had tacos left over and had for a late night snack. Amazing cold as well!!!!

Best fries I have ever had, burger was good, the grilled chicken sandwich was under cooked but the waitress was nice and switched it with a burger.

If you are looking for a place to watch a sporting event- this is it! TV’s EVERYWHERE! Not to mention the ginormous one on the main wall. Great local craft beers on draft, friendly & attentive service, and a cool vibe. Hubs & I split the chip & dip appetizer along with the grilled chicken sandwich. The chips and dip was a larger chip portion to dip ratio and it was good but slightly generic. The chicken sandwich was very good! The bean salad or whatever they call it that comes with- not for me!

Having worked in the hotel and food service business in a upscale Starwood Sheraton hotel I believe my opinion should be of consideration. We showed up with table of 10 and right from get go the rating would be a ZER0!! Kathy the server was rude when I asked her to, in a friendly manner, to get the ladies order first she became rude to me, brushing past me to take the others orders. Interestingly enough if she had been even a modicum of friendly she would have been lined up for a huge tip (even though the 20% she was automatically lined up probably was all she was interested in) since we had two friendly Kathys at the table. And it was nothing but downhill from there. She copped an attitude about this very rudimentary service standard She walked around me, proceeded to go around the table and take orders and then, to beat the band, walked off without taking an order from me. As soon as I thought that was as low as she could go she proceeded back and did a lottery call for the drinks that she had earlier walked around the table to take the orders IN ORDER no less. And then she proceeded to respond rudely to our fellow guest who asked sweetly where the milk was she had requested for her baby. I was going to have nothing to do with her getting her automatic 20% gratuity for table over 6 so I ate nothing and enjoyed the company of my friends. Definitely a 0 on the service, but I gave her second star as the managers were attentive and did try to respond to my complaint. They however did not send a different server. The manager, despite asking me twice if there was anything they could do and assuring me they said something to her they never gave any kind of discount or consideration about this clearly explained poor service. If you can go to a nice place like the Gaylord, eat at one of their restaurants, and not even get attentive service and anything beyond a lottery call for both your drink and food – it is a ZERO! Everybody enjoyed their food but since I didn’t eat any complimentary or otherwise I would have to rate it a ZERO, but in fairness to my fellow guests opinion we’ll give it a 3. Atmosphere gets a really high rating because I was impressed with the TV, which was so large and detailed you could see the threads on the ball from the baseball game we were watching. That said, it was really hard to hear in there, and probably made the server have a headache or something? Again, she gets a ZERO, which is what my experience was at what’s should have been a great first evening experience at the Gaylord. It was also my portion of the automatically gratuit(ied) 20% she did not earn. Come on Texas Station, and Kathy, basic rules of service etiquette, ladies first and no lottery style delivery of food. You can do better than ZER0! I am certainly hoping the rest of my experience here will not be nearly as disappointing since we are here for three days. Time will tell……

We were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. My group had 5 people in it and we all enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The food was hot and fresh. The place was clean and the restrooms were nice and clean as well. Or waiter, Ethan, was great. I would eat here again.

Lots of options here for everyone. I got the hangar steak and fries. At the time of posting it is the most expensive thing on the menu at $45, but it was delicious and worth it in my opinion.

Taste doesn’t match the price. Burgers had a fried charred taste. Very much amusement park level. Service was friendly. Atmosphere average. Large screen projector. Main restaurant in hotel. Short wait. Ate here twice, just couldn’t do it a third time. Not for the price.

Not what I expected for the name. Nachos were great! House lager amazing! Paul the server was awesome. Wine was sour and then finished the steak before getting another sour wine. Only steak offered was over priced for having a school day scoop of dry mashed potatoes with no sauce. Desert cone was stale, gelato, not sure if you could call it that. But Paul was outstanding. Will try a burger next time I guess
