Back in Syracuse for a visit & thought we’d catch an early dinner! We arrived about 5:15 pm… There were plenty people! Our walk in wait was about 15-20 minutes! We were seated and those amazing hot dinner rolls greeted us ! No appetizers! We got salads & they were fresh THEN a good 30 min wait for entrees! Our server was attentive & courteous! A visit from the manager or complimentary something would have been appreciated! The meals were very good though!

My husband is a steak person and he truly loves this place. We have been here twice and we have enjoyed it both times ! (: we join the waitlist to avoid long waiting period and it’s very helpful so I recommend it. Atmosphere is great and you’ll hear the occasional happy birthdays which is really fun. My husband loves the bread and we get seconds. The steak is so flavorful and juicy and I do feel it’s great portion size! Sides are good and it depends what you get. I also got a Mango Margarita and it was so delicious (especially since I didn’t taste the alcohol). Great steakhouse, truly recommend if you haven’t been here (:

We went there before 7pm. We were told to wait 15-20 mins for a table but we waited around 30mins. Receptionist was not probably listening very well when I told her my number because I have not received any text message regarding our table. My husband had to go there a few times to check if we have a table yet. Finally, we were sat down. We had to wait a long time to get served and the server that we had was a bit abrupt and crass. It took us around 20-30 mins to wait for our starters then another 20-30 mins for our mains. Now, the reason we came back here was because of that juicy, melts in your mouth rib eye. Not they did not have the bone in ribeye, the boneless ribeye that they offered was so tough and chewy that we could not eat it. I have been to a lot of steakhouse before and ribeye does not definitely taste like that. Overall, the entire experience was very disappointing compared to our last visit and I don’t think it is worth coming back anymore.

The family went out to celebrate my mother’s Birthday and this was our second option. Because the other was closed. We had the best time here celebrating my mom. The service was excellent from Tammy and Kari, the food was excellent. We got too full off of the hot buttered bread (Pre-meal). The steak, ribs, shrimp and sides were delicious and perfectly cooked. This place moves up on my list future forward . Thank you for an awesome time! My mom wanting to get on the horse was epic ‼️

Crowded, but the wait was short. Food was so good, including the ribs. Because it was my first time there, they sent over a free sampler of the sides we ordered. Service was marvelous; they work as a team, so if your server is busy and your order is up, a team member will bring it out piping hot. I was impressed.

I frequent this location many times. In the beginning the food and service was great. I love this restaurant since learning about it. As of recently, the service AND the food has been subpar. I’ve ordered a ribeye a total of 5 times and the last 2 times have been the worst. The first incident I received my to-go order and my side dishes were smashed on TOP of my steak in the same container leaving a ring around the steak. UNSANITARY and nasty. The juices were spilled all in the bag, and string beans were half full. Looked like a rushed job before they closed. This was after I was told I’d have to wait an hour for my food because they were busy and I would receive a call when its ready which I didn’t get any call.

Terrific service! We ate (and drank ofc) at the bar and our bartendress and lady who brought out our food were so helpful. Also the hosts were personable, friendly, and prompt. We truly enjoyed our meal and dining experience and will absolutely return in the future. I wish we remembered our bartender’s name because she was just so funny, sweet, and attentive.
