I’ve eaten a Texas Roadhouse many times and have never had a bad steak there. Tonight was different. All our steaks were overcooked. Ordered medium. All the steaks were medium well to well and dry. But like I said before, I’ve never had a bad steak up until this time at Texas Roadhouse and we’ll give them another try. The service was great. And the staff was very friendly.

Frustrated tonight. We come here often and almost always have good food. The manager generally comes around ensuring you’re satisfied with your meal and how your steak was prepared. Tonight my ‘medium’ requested steak came out well done. The server completely agreed it was not medium and sent it back. It took quite a long time to get my meal back. My husband was done eating. The manager brought it out and merely said ‘I guess your first steak was overdone’. Really not the service we have had here before. Our server was great, I’m not complaining about her at all. I ended up taking my food to go since my husband was done eating and we had waited so long.

We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had 10 people. They had to sit us at 2 different tables, which is always disappointing. There was a bit of a wait, but that is expected with that many people. Over it was a good time and our server Koty was amazing.

Super bust. Got a well-done steak when it should have been medium. They replaced it with a medium steak, 2 sides were forgotten, and I asked for a sauce 4 times before I got it. The server was great. The people delivering the food kept messing up the order.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. The staff was so friendly, the food was out in a decent amount of time, the rolls were toasty and delicious, and the rest of the food was also amazing. I got the Dallas filet with loaded potato and steak fries and my daughter got the grilled salmon with fries and seasoned rice!
