The worst food I’ve ever had. The beef was completely burned. The egg that’s supposed to be in the food was nowhere to be found. The broccoli was completely raw. I guess they didn’t show them how to cook it, and be prepared to only receive two pieces of shrimp, even after paying for extra shrimp container was filled half way and don’t bother asking for a refund because apparently they’re not even allowed to do that.Wait time was ridiculous aswell (food looks tossed around because I drove from Chandler to Glendale but this is what I paid almost $19 for which is completely ridiculous.)

Zero stars this place is ridiculous. Service is terrible you place an order from their touch screen at the location and it’s not even a big order you have to use their touch screen to place your order not by a person that takes your order. I ordered one bowl dinner that’s it. I paid at the screen and I wait over an hour there at the location no one acknowledges you are there waiting for your order. You see people placing orders after you and they get their order yet you are still waiting. I ask is there a problem after seeing several people after me getting there food. The girl there couldn’t or wouldn’t answer what happened. Asked for her name and asked for her manager she says oh we changed management and didn’t have info. Worst service I will no longer be supporting this location. Corporate should secret shopper this location reviews shows the dissatisfaction of there customers. The place next door Roll-‘em-up taquitos great food and definitely much better service.

Took almost 45 minutes for our food! No one else came in to order. Just me and my sister. We did have groceries in our car but nothing cold. So irrating and upsetting. They didn’t even apologize for how long it took.

I got a bowl full of bell peppers and onions, i got maybe only 3 bites of dry noodles and beef. Too expensive for a bowl of bell peppers and onions. ($16) I had paid extra for pineapple and they didn’t even add the pineapple. Not returning here .

Nice located nearby but I waited 20 minutes for my order and there were only 2 customers in the store. Their first priority are online orders, but I should not be waiting over 20 minutes for 1 order of Drunken noodles.
