Exceptional large empanadas at $5 a piece with 15+ options and amazing desserts. Two empanadas should easily fill you unless you’re super tired after skiing. Strongly recommend.

They only have two varieties left when I got here. Completely understandable. Some oven-baked empanadas in a cold whether sell like a hot-empanada. The BBQ flavor was juicy and packed with filling, and the Italian sausage would be nice to use a little more flavor. The service was quick and the guy that gave me a creamy and white sauce said it was chimichuri sauce.?.

Perfect hand meal/snack after a day outside! Delicious and priced well. Lots of flavors to choose from- our favs were the ground beef, ham and cheese, spinach and corn. We got desserts as well for later- amazing.

Surprisingly my first time trying an empanada, I decided to try the cheese and ham, and it’s so nice warm and flaky, and reasonably priced at around ~$5 each, the service is great too, defenitely will come again when visiting keystone.

Fatay was amazing. I’m sure the other ones are good as well but if you like a bit of lemon or citrus seasoning to your meat, you’ll love this.

Some of the best empanadas we’ve ever had. Spicy beef and BBQ pork were awesome. Make sure to get their dipping sauces!

So great! New favorite spot at Keystone for a quick bite. Prices are only slightly marked up from Silverthorne location. $5 for an absolutely delicious empanada. Very reasonable for something right there at the base of the mountain (and I don’t imagine that rent is cheap, so I get the markup)!

Veggie empanada was great for lunch. Slightly spicy in a good way.

Delicious food! We tried four different flavors of empanada, plus the chocolate cake, and everything was wonderful. It was perfect for a light dinner.

Great and authentic. Best food on the mountain. The only two I did not enjoy were the caprese and bbq chicken . All the other flavors are great .
