Everything was excellent at Capital Grille… The setting, the service (thanks to Giovanni), the bread basket, the menu, and most importantly, the food. I had the Shrimp Cocktail followed by the Lamb Chops, and both were first class. Our dinner (2 courses with one glass of wine) for 2 persons cost US$270 (less tip), so not cheap. But a very enjoyable meal.

We are local to this location visited for 1st time on 7/24/23 for our anniversary. Building? Gorgeous, prestigious, yet welcoming. Service? Stellar, attentive, relaxing / not over bearing thanks to Veronica and Enrique. Food? Perfect…balanced, unique, exactly to order, makes you want more.l (thanks Keith). The Capital Grille is undoubtedly one of five best restaurants I’ve been to! The food is spectacular, the service is amazing, and the atmosphere is wonderfully romantic! Also, I truly recommend our server, Rita. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, she made us feel welcome. She passionately talked about all different wines and the food. She is so sweet and knowledgeable! Anyway, Rita made us some suggestions,and we listened to her – we ordered the NY strip, and the fillet mignon alongside the calamari appetizer,and later some dessert. The entrées were out-of-this-world! The meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection! We loved the side of mashed potatoes! The only thing that could have been improved was the garnish…Other than that, pure perfection! For dessert, Rita brought us a creme brulee cheesecake and a flourless chocolate cake – let me tell you.. they were both scrumptious! The visit to the Capital Grille was a huge success, and we will definitely go back there for a date night!

Was looking forward to the dry aged 14oz NY Strip steak as Im a big steak lover.. It was good but not as great as I had thought it would be. I was expecting more flavor. It was reasonably tender and cooked well. A shame that the server was very robotic and didn’t smile even once… but did check back “in passing”. The mashed potatoes were actually a puree but did have a nice creamy smooth texture and good flavor. I think I liked them more than the steak. Overall good but somewhat disappointing.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I saw this restaurant be built from my office building window, but it took another 6 years to be a patron. Came here for a wedding anniversary and ‘congrats’ meal with my family. The atmosphere was amazing, the server Bryan awesome, and the food was oh so good. This place is easily in my top 3. And all of your food is brought out at once by a parade of people – no folding trays or waiting several minutes for your party to be served here.

My wife and I had our wedding dinner here. The service and food was outstanding, but the experience the staff provided us to celebrate our wedding was one we will never forget. The staff even prepared a complimentary desert, with our names written in chocolate sauce to celebrate our union. This place will always have a special place in our hearts.
