Holy smokes this was hands down the best Mac n Cheese I’ve ever had! The Cajun Mac was almost too much, too incredible, and will leave whispers of that taste in my mind for years. The staff was amazing, so nice and welcoming. The chicken was cooked perfectly- usually I find fried chicken too greasy or lacking flavor. Love the theme and the food and will be back to try the chicken and waffles soon

10/5 Stars!!! Me and my husband went in for a cheat day meal (we are both Lactose intolerant but came equipped with plenty of lactaid pills lol) and the food was absolutely incredible!!! I got the Cajun style Mac with chicken, so so so delicious! And to top it off, the chef was all too generous with us and offered us a complimentary treat while we waited since our food was taking a bit to cook; so thoughtful and really made our experience here all that much better. Highly recommend you guys!!

The commisionary was delicious. I couldn’t fly 1,200 miles and not eat here ✈. We had the mac & chicken/ mac & pulled pork/ chicken wings/ tacos… stuffed. Amber & her staff are super professional and make very high caliber food. You must try this place. 100 stars if I could ❤

Worst business owner in Lawrence possibly Kansas. Does not pay employees in a timely manner and cancels check right before Christmas, drinks her profits away and lies out her teeth. My husband quit because of her nonsense and she still owes him 3 weeks pay. Amber Brown is a disgrace to this community.
