DELICIOUS!! Others have made comment that it takes time to get your food. There is a note posted on the entrance door that basically states the exact same thing. IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!! Give yourself plenty of time especially if they are busy. The food is made per order and is fantastic.

When in Globe, AZ stop for breakfast at The Copper Hen. You won’t be disappointed. I had the traditional breakfast, which comes with two eggs, hash browns, and your choice of meat. I chose bacon ( of course) and received 3 thick delicious pieces. It also came with a choice of bread or pancakes for $1 more. Service was spot on too. Well done Copper Hen, well done!

The service was a little slow, they could use one more person working, however, it was definitely worth the wait. The food was outstanding and the prices are very reasonable. The portions are very generous. The staff was friendly. It’s a pretty cool looking place and it was clean.

This is a nice little restaurant in the old town area of Globe. The decor matches the charm of it’s surroundings. It was busy at lunch time but the service was prompt and friendly. Menu is mostly Southwest American with a good selection of quiches.

Passing through for a bite to eat we stopped in and were told we would be placed on a waiting list the lady at the counter took down my phone number told me she’d call when a table opened up, (they had the extended dining room closed,all tables were full) so I provided her with my number and we walked around town for 30 minutes never got a call, ended up leaving to get back on the road to find somewhere else to eat. Not once was I called at all by the lady at the counter, even 1-2 hours later. I never received any calls from them. They definitely don’t concern themselves with following through for their patrons, and not sure why they didn’t offer to open the second seating area inside. I would have loved to have tried their food and included it into my book reviews, that will be coming out this upcoming fall.

Late breakfast this morning traveling through Globe, Biscuits & Gravy and Eggs Benedict were great. Other menu items looked wonderful. Family run business that was started before and survived the pandemic (no small feat), owner treated us to a Cannoli, very good. Service was amazing considering the full tables and people waiting outside. I will be back when ever I pass through Globe again. Made the trip home wonderful.
