Way overpriced! One piece of chicken, small scoop of corn and mashed potato = $11.50! No, that is not a giant fork in my pic. Food was just average. In fact I think boston market chain food is better and you can get double the food for less. Two star because staff was nice and restaurant looks clean. If this was a $5 meal I might have given it a second chance. But not at $11.50.

Love this place and have ordered and probably will order for years, half out of convenience, but the chicken recipe and cook time has got to change. It’s not raw, but the inside is just a kind of flavorless juice that is more eww than delicious.

Have eaten here many times from steam table. Sides are generally good in size and quality. But they ALWAYS over cook the fried chicken. Or else it has been reheated. Occasionally arrive just as some fresh comes out, or will wait a few minutes to for it to be ready. It can be so good and juicy, but most of the time it is overcooked, dried out and gross. The quality has declined quite a bit and it’s just carelessness/bad kitchen management. I have been a frequent/weekly customer. Hoping the review will effect some change. I like to eat here, but quality issues are driving me away.

I had the pulled chicken on a bun with melted cheddar and mac and cheese. My partner had the southwest salad with roasted chicken. I’m giving 5 stars because the chicken was delicious on both the salad and my sandwich. (I had a little of the amazing salad – omg).

The one star rating is more than deserved.Last time we ordered here it was very good about 2mos. ago.We ordered the Family dinner online its listed for $40 we were charged $44 got home there was suppose to be 6pieces of cornbread there was none.When I called the girl said we didn’t have any ..so she just left that out without saying anything.. She said they have it now I asked about the price she said the website wasn’t updated.I also said the chicken was burnt she said that’s the way it comes.She offered a side for free my husband had to go back to pick up the cornbread and side he came back with a menu and I guess the menu wasn’t updated either because it says $41. This place used to be a great go to place , not anymore.

Closing time is posted at 8:30 online and I came in at 7:45, and sat to eat. The girls working there told us that they were closing at 8 “in three minutes” but was very rude to us and kept reminding us that they were closing 3 times before we left about 8:05. We just wanted to finish up our food and leave, and we were’t taking our time either.
