Great food and friendly service. My experiences with Japanese style curry wasn’t the greatest before trying this place, they changed my mind. They’ve recently expanded and added new menu items, such as sushi. Definitely recommend!

This is a food truck with 10 other trucks to choose from and covered seating. We ordered dumplings, sushi, Rangoons, and 2 different curries. It was all good. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back.

So yummy! And well priced! This was the first time I tried Japanese curry and it was delicious! I got the chicken dish. There is a complexity to the flavor that was very satisfying. The medium was just a little heat, but it lingers so I’ll be curious to try to the hot next time!

Unbelievably delicious. I have tried almost all of the curries and all of the sushi rolls and I have yet to have one that isn’t amazing. The crew working the truck is always super friendly and helpful, and they’re very timely with getting orders done and out the window to you. Highly recommend!

The curry shack was a pleasant surprise to find within Idaho. As an avid eater of curry I was excited to try it. The croquette was fantastic as well. There must not be a lot of spicy food eaters within the area because the levels were almost non-existent. The type of beef used was different than any Japanese curry I’ve had around the world as well. Other than that this place is fantastic for what it is within that area.

I have had many different Japanese curry dishes over the years, including a couple in the CDA area; they didn’t come close to comparing to the curry shack. I was recommended the popular Yokozuna plate and it was perfection. It bursted with flavor, you can tell the ingredients are good quality. The portion size was generous, I was so full from halfway through but there was no way I wasn’t going to finish it all. I also really love that the menu was crafted from skate decks, super rad and unique touch. I will be coming back so much more for sure and look forward to trying new stuff on the menu!

I’ve had 2 meals from this place now and both times hit the spot! Good food for an affordable price. The Dorian is pictured in my photo and as you can see, it’s a good portion size.

Excellent Japanese curry! I added the crispy onions to my plate today and it was a perfect mild spicy salty goodness. The pickled side is a nice touch. Bonus- even my young kids loved the curry and the skateboard menu. Will be back!
