Such a disappointment, here visiting home all the way from the west coast and this locations business hours are listed to open at 10am I arrived at 10:40 only to be told they were not opening until 11. They either need to update the hours or hire people who can actually work the actual posted hours!

I have been coming to this location for years and the food was always great as was the service. I went today and the great staff I’m used to interacting with was nowhere to be seen. I placed my order it came quickly ( the only good thing about my visit )my fries were stone cold and my hot dog bun was mushy. To say I’m disappointed is an under statement. If it’s under new management then these folks need more training on how to run the business and friendliness.

This location is pretty good, every time I have been here it hasn’t been a line and the service is good but the wait is longer than usual (on par with average wait time as other Durham locations). Other than that, the food is good and it’s my favorite hot dog destination!
