I really don’t like complaints much. So we decided to have dinner there. We ordered a BBQ bacon cheese burger combo and #2 combo double char cheese burger. My order was totally wrong! I ask for no tomatoes very allergic to them and no lettuce. Also, up charge for onion rings instead of fries. So,I ate meat and cheese only! The manager was talking to a customer for 10 minutes instead of checking everything was okay. I was really disappointed about this evening!

Not worth it. AT ALL. The wait for our food was long. AND… came out cold . We spent $22.00. We asked for the teriyaki burger to be remade because the bottom of the burger bun was ice cold. The meat patty was precooked and looked like a hockey puck. Seriously. The portions are not the same. The quality is not good. The burgers look large, but are stuffed with lettuce.. the meat..tiny. SEE PICTURE.

DO NOT EAT HERE! We waited 30 minutes for a Santa Barbra char and a chicken salad. (We were the only ones in the restaurant). There were about 8 employees in the back and a couple just walking around (I don’t think staffing was an issue).

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had with Habit. I’m never one to post such a negative review, but this was by far the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. My family is lactose intolerant, order a few combos without mayo and cheese and they all came with it. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, repeatedly said 4 times to put the BBQ sauce on the side as my dad cannot have it for medical reasons and to no surprise now, it has BBQ sauce on it. No straws or napkins in the bag either. Got home to a very disappointed family and I wasted my money on food that was just thrown away because of our dietary restrictions. I’m not sure how much time goes into training, but PLEASE properly train your employees on how to take orders so they aren’t set up for absolutely failure. $80 down the freaking drain (along with all the wrong ordered food).

some places shouldn’t have a drive thru, and this is one of those places. OR they need to be very clear when you pull up that it’s going to take a while so people are well aware of what they are getting into.. it’s too long and it’s frustrating if you’ve never experienced it before.

The food is good. The self service order is horrible. It takes twice as long to figure out that you want, then doesn’t send a text message when your order is ready. Definitely order with a person and get a receipt!

Fries were warm at best. Some were soggy and some were not cooked thoroughly. Might have been great if cooked properly. This visit more than a month later was much better. Fries were hot and portabello burger was delicious.

Honestly, the only thing I liked about this restaurant was the atmosphere of the place & the customers because they seemed nice. The employees were mildly hostile & cold. (Except for one lady, who complimented my shoes & my hair on her lunch break — thank you so much, again!)
