The service was ok and the burger was good. However I was overcharged by a dollar for the meal and when I asked why, she said she didn’t know and said “yeah that’s crazy” with no offer to refund me. They said they’re closing tomorrow so I guess they don’t care anymore. The fries weren’t hot either. Probably wouldn’t go back here.

Busy during weekday lunch hour. But just after 2pm, the crowd dwindles off. Ordered the double patty CharBurger meal. No regrets. Juicy and succulent beef patties. Fries were large and firm with crispy outsides. Wished they could provide mayonnaise at their condiment stand (but perhaps they have little packets if I had asked; I didn’t ask). USD10 for 1 pax.

Worker at the register was on his phone while on the clock. Takes my friends order and we sit to wait. I decided to take a look at the menu and was thinking about getting a milkshake. The same worker who was on his phone earlier tells me that I “need to order something” but I didn’t make a decision yet. Hearing that kind of attitude decided to change my decision and hold off on purchasing something.

The staff is super friendly. The food taste is incredible. We visited it because it was a special day for me and my family and this experience was just amazing. For people who cannot eat meat, the Impossible burger is an excellent choice. Also, you should try the onion rings and the Strawberry-Lemon drink. I highly recommend this place!

Ordered Santa Barbara Char for in-store pick up but got an incorrect burger without avocado (the key ingredient). After calling service center, we were told to go back store for a new burger, which sounds reasonable. We did ask if we should bring the old one back, she said no. But when we drove back at about 9pm for a correct burger, we were questioned why we did not bring the wrong one back. Eventually we were only offered avocado with disrespect. Had to drive twice to get the right order and received condenscending eyes from the staff there. Very disappointed!!!
