Visiting the area so we decided on this place to eat , we greeted by both Keyarah and lenya. They were respectable , professional , kind and always with a smile. The food was great but it was these 2 employees that made the food better, their boss should recognize them and give them a raise, I had the lamb platter wife had the Falafel platter , they were both good

Just like in the city, cept you can get baba ghanoush at the restaurant.. As for negative comments, they don’t understand the fact that franchises have more overhead/expenses to pay at a spot vs a cart on the corner in the city, of course you’re going to get more for the money in the cart and if the food is too cold for your taste, you be a man or woman and walk up to the front and get a fresh plate

The food was uneatable and extremely salty. What a waste of $14. Extremely disappointing specially since the Manhattan locations do t have this issue with food quality. 5 hrs later it still sits there and is about to go into garbage.

While the food looks good , is not as flavorful as what you would expect from The Halal Guys brand name. Also they charge $2.99 for a tap water. The people at the counter do not tell you they charge $2.99 prior to completing the sale. They don’t post that they charge $2.99 for tap water either. So in my opinion this is sleazy. Worst of all , they don’t know how to reimburse you. Completely clueless.

My daughter really likes this spot. I decided to give it another try recently and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. Thee was a young man working named Lenya (spelling?) who really represented the brand well. If there isn’t room for growth in the company, hope he is dreaming big, he left a positive impression. Kudos.

I’m gonna start off by saying the food was good however the one star is for being charged for a bottled soda when I purchased a fountain drink with my food and also the person didn’t have the best customer service.It’s not about the money it’s the fact that this man over charged me and then had the audacity to ask me to do a review. I love halal guys but can definitely say I will never return here.

I placed an order for pick up at the White Plains Galleria location for a 6:15 PM pick up. The website says they are open until 6:30. I got to the location at 6:10 PM only to find that their doors were locked. I then called up the Halal Guys stating that I cannot get my meal that I paid for and the guy who answered, said they are closed and hung up on me. I then tried calling a couple of more times and the guy was just not answering. Not exactly the service I was expecting from a place that usually provides good service. The website really needs to update their open and close times to reflect what they actually are. Such a disappointment!
