Love this place. Their Honey Baked Ham is so good. We get one every year for Christmas. It’s the only ham my daughter will eat. We love that it’s spiral sliced. An 8lb ham feeds a lot of people. One year we got a ham and a turkey breast and that was delicious as well. The employees were very friendly and even though we ended up waiting until Christmas Eve to get our ham they still had plenty of hams and the lines weren’t bad at all.

Super quick in and out for the Thanksgiving pick up. Parking was plentiful outside. There were 11 staff members on the floor and I saw at least 6 more in the back. The store cannot be larger than 800 square feet! So many staff! But it’s the season. Do not show up last minute- you won’t get anything’.

I tried to use a gift card online and was told that I would have to come in to use it. I then went into the store and tried to use it as directed and met with a very rude response from the cashier who basically rolled her eyes and and shrugged her shoulders when I asked why I wasn’t able to use the gift card. I was then told that they couldn’t take the card because they didn’t have a 2 payment card system. Although the manager apologized for all of the miscommunication nothing was said about the rude cashier or no attempts were made to make it right. I don’t do rude businesses even if they are in my community. They need to start giving out proper info to customers and they need to retrain their cashiers.

I got the ham salad, which I love, and asked if I could have crackers with my salad as normal. The cashier said we haven’t had crackers since November. Ok, I asked if I could have a bun since you don’t have crackers. First, they said no, but changed their mind and said ok. They tried to charge me $2.50 for a bun!!!! I’m done with Honey-Baked Ham!!!!

Honeybaked Ham company in Fayetteville Georgia needs to learn true customer service. Buyer beware that when you pick up your ham, these clowns don’t exercise the rule about customer SATISFACTION. Here you are made to pay WITHOUT viewing what you just paid a very high over-inflated price for. NEVER AGAIN.

They were able to accommodate a group lunch order on very short notice. The sandwiches were great, along with the cookies and chips.

Was not happy with my curbside experience. I ordered and paid ahead online and received emails and texts confirming my order and pick up time. On the pick up day I let them know I was waiting in my car and never heard anything again. I ended up having to go into the store which completely undid the safety of curbside pick up. The staff was friendly once I was inside but I was very annoyed there is such a disconnect between there online ordering and physical store. Was not worth the hassle.

Love the smoked turkey breast, but with my last two visits, the staff isn’t friendly and acts like you are bothering them for coming in the store. During our Christmas visit the staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t know what’s changed.
