Came to The Juicy Seafood on friday night during lent. The place was busy with lots of people. We didn’t wait very long to be seated. Thr restaurant is fairly clean for being a seafood restaurant. Since we had our kids we decided to go for their fry seafood option. Most people got the boiled seafood and it looked good. Might have to come back to try it. The fried shrimp and catfish were very good. The fried calamari was chewy. Would not get that again. The poboy was good. Although, the bread is different from what I’m used to in New Orleans. It was not the poboy bread, but it was soft and good. Seems more like a sandwich to me than a poboy. Overall food was good. The waiter gave us all types of sauces since we had kids. Good service.

I did takeout. I DONT RECOMMEND, save your money. Food is not edible, i threw it away! Corn was gummy, very overcooked! Crabs tasted unclean and like finger nail polish remover! The combination sauce was very salty! Highly disappointed, could’ve cooked my own for cheaper but was just passing through on a visit!

We paid for the weekend special To-Go and when we got home to open the bags it ended up missing half a lobster tail and half the shrimp. Went back to the restaurant and the manager said she can’t do anything because we opened the bags, to check what was in it. Flowood location is a much better option than Pearl.

I ordered a drink rum and Coke Bacardi rum. Specifically I said Bacardi rum when they brought it to me it had spiced rum and they brought it so late. Dad never saw the waitress that I could send it back. When I was brought the bill, I informed the young lady if this is not the Draco ordered and I didn’t want to pay for it, she brought the manager and he told me to me that he could not and would not alter my check and I had to pay. I told him that I was not going to pay for the drink that was not what I ordered to make a long story short. He called the police. The police showed up while I sat in the bar waiting for them. Eventually he did remove the drink. It is a shame, it’s truly a personal embarrassment to have the police called on me for refusing to pay seven dollars for a drink I did not order I will never go back and I highly recommend no one ever go again

Great drinks and seafood is quite a combination. I come here every time I visit my daughter at Jackson State. The food is delicious and the drinks are superb! Tip your staff. They work hard and they deserve your support! A little disappointed on my last visit. My drinks came out really late and were virgins which wasn’t requested.

I rated it 3 stars based on the customer service I received from the 2 ladies whom I placed my order with. This was my first visit here. I ordered the catfish basket. My fish had no seasoning or taste at all. It was literally battered and fried without any seasoning.

Food and service were great. However, when the waitress collected our credit cards for payment, it was at least 20 minutes before we got them back. Later that evening, a large fraudulent purchase was attempted with my credit card information.

The service was great, nobody was really there at 3:45PM. The food was warm, but definitely wasn’t freshly made. Seemed like it was just warmed up and some sauce was thrown on top. Maybe next time will be better.

Service was great! He made sure we were good ♥ . I ordered shrimp, dungess crab leggs, sausage and boiled eggs in a boil. For the seasoning, I did the juicy special and lemon and lime was mostly all I tasted. It wasn’t thick in the bag like I am used to with garlic and all the seasoning in the bottom of the bags like other places. The sausage was blah, I didn’t like the brand, no flavor. The drink my server made was great. I wanted my son to enjoy himself and enjoy my time with him, so I kept the food.
