They have really fallen off. Not good like it Used to be. Macaroni pie over cooked. Dressing and Turkey bland. Dessert was good. When we got a Refill on our tea, we was given UNSWEET TEA. not once but twice. So when we let the staff know……the black lady in thr kitchen was loud amd rude. Had the nerve to say IT IS SWEET JUST NOT SWEET ENOUGH FOR THEM. So they asked tge gentleman at the cash register to taste his tea. TWO CUPS WERE UNSWEET!!!!! Never coming back to this ran down spot. Their FOOD AND SERVICE IS BLAND LIKE THEIR TEA

This restaurant feels like home. From the moment you walk in to the brief time later when you get your food, you may as well be at your grandparent’s. I ate breakfast here and felt very welcome. Prices are excellent for students and old folks alike. As a commuter, I stopped by here between classes and was not disappointed. Bring cash!

This is the best food in a family style restaurant in the Upstate. The staff is professional and the atmosphere very comfortable. The food is always excellent. The art of cooking exists here that when you taste their food it taste like an item should taste. For a total dining experience just try it one time.

Great traditional diner food! Went here for breakfast and was surprised at how little everything costs. The food was good and the ingredients were high quality. The staff made sure my coffee never got too low and the environment was super chill and laid back.

Good “meat and three” cafeteria style food. Servers are very fast and nice. Would help if there were signs listing what the choices are as it seems like the people putting the food on the plates don’t have time to discuss the options due to the crowd.

It is no frills and we got a quick, straightforward meal at an amazingly low price. The customers apparel to be mostly regulars which was really nice to see and the staff was very friendly and hard working. The meal wasn’t fancy, but with the prices being so low it was fine for what it was.

Classic meat and 3. The food is very good but it’s traditional South Carolina cuisine so may not appeal to all tastes. Ever had pear halves filled with mayonnaise with cheddar cheese and a cherry on top? If you have, you’ll enjoy The Meeting Place.
