Bought my Pizza home today and couldn’t wait to open it up and once I did look like somebody took a tiny schlitter out of it I guess to taste test it? I’ll still go to Pizza Shack cuz it’s just literally the best but this is kind of not cool… Also, why can’t I get any more of that cheese powder that goes perfect with the pizza? Like they put it in these little tiny bags like I would literally pay extra for more but they won’t give me any..

I ordered pizza and wings for my coworkers and I through their site. The pizza wasn’t delivered on time, and on top of that they didn’t inform me that one of the pizzas they couldn’t make because they ran out of chicken. So we were short a pizza. When the pizzas were finally delivered our wings were cold and the pizza dough was not cooked all the way through. When I called about a refund for at least the pizza they did not make they told me I had to contact door dash, but I ordered it through them not door dash. It was such a challenge to get them to give me my money back. I will never order that way again. Pizza Shack is not the same. They have went downhill.

Do not recommend the cinnamon sticks. The pizza was good. One of my pizza was slightly burnt, but no complaints from my child. Staff was nice. This is my favorite location so I will be back in two months for my pizza fix.

I will not be coming back to this location. I came in and ordered to go. I waited patiently for my food for about 30 to 45 mins.. customers came in after me got their food and left. I was still sitting waiting on my food. Finally I ask the cashier how long would it be and apparently they lost my order ticket. So even after I notified them of my long wait it was still another 20 to 30 mins before I got my food. No apology was given for the long wait. I was literally the last person in the restaurant. The food was okay but never again.

I will never order food from here again. I called to place an order to go. Granted the fact that it was 15 minutes before closing. I live two minutes from the restaurant called to place and order to go. The lady who says she is the GM Star I think she said was her name was rude. Asked me what I wanted to order, while deciding she asked me was I serious right now..? I’m not sure what type of GM does that. Decided to express the fact that she was closing the store and I needed to make a decision quickly. I would order my staff and family food here often. They have lost my business forever..! As much money as I spend and have spent there. I will be making this publicly know that she is rude and for my people not to make orders here again.

I don’t know what happen to pizza shack in Jackson ms but this was unacceptable even if they did try to complement me. I returned the pizza and to top it off, this wasn’t even chicken.I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. They explained after the fact to me that they were out of chicken and asked me what’s wrong with it ( clearly ) this looks like goop and some form of chicken out of a can. It is always a challenging experience, dine-in or take out. When you call they answer and put you on hold back to back and will dispute with YOU when they get your order wrong and let them know! I would rather drive to Madison. Better everything!
