Delicious. Glad I found this place while visiting the Mobile area. Menu options can be tailored to be vegan friendly. I ordered the avocado turkey melt with salad and hummus- vegan version and it was delicious. I did wish I had something to eat the hummus with. My sandwich was tasted and approved by non-vegans that wished they had ordered one as well lol The sauce and spread used were made in house. The bread used was nice and filling. We will be returning!

Easily my favourite local business. The food is always amazing and I love the people. I come here a lot and they always treat me like family. Everyone is always so kind and amazing. The specials change daily and are always really good. One special was an orange ginger hummus which is quite possibly my favourite thing ever. My favourite regular item is the Caribbean jerk wrap with tempeh. It’s soooooo good! They have great food and even better people. What more could you ask for? If you’re in the area, definitely stop by.

Favorite little nook in town, with the best wrapped wraps you will find, and the freshest and best tasting. This is not average restaurant food supply fare. It is a step above. The most options anywhere for any kind of diet. The entire menu is fantastic and it is hard to settle on a favorite, but I get specials a lot, and do get a lot of Mediterranean wraps, and salads, bc they’re exceptional, and oh yeah, their soups are actually my favorite. I think. Drinks are crazy good, too.

I have been in medical sales for over 15 years and have done a LOT of lunches over the years. I ordered food for pick pick up at the Mobile Sunflower Cafe in Mobile, AL. First, I tried to order online and the ASAP service they use couldn’t process my order. I called the order in and placed it. I ordered pick up for 13 to go orders for sandwiches or salads. I paid by credit card over the phone. When I got to the business to pick up the food and went to sign the receipt, I was automatically charged a gratuity of $40. Now, I’ve worked in hospitality and restaurants before, but I’ve never been automatically charged a gratuity for orders TO GO. That would be something I would write in myself. It clearly doesn’t state anywhere on their site nor did they notify me over the phone that they will be charging an automatic gratuity. I can see paying 18% – 20% if we decided to dine in but that wasn’t the case. When I addressed the management, they said the server gets that amount because he doesn’t get paid a wage. “So wouldn’t that be illegal?” I was given a very vague response. The server told me later he has never worked at an establishment where they didn’t automatically charge. What?!? On top of everything, they couldn’t even give me a clean copy of a receipt!

Great place in the back part of a health food store. Lots of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, humane choices. Service was great, and time management was well done. I had the chicken salad sandwich, Isreali couscous, and taboulli with green tea. This is a bit of a different type of place for my Dad, but he had the Greek wrap with side salad, and Isreali coucous, and he liked it. I’m really glad we stopped here. Clean and quaint.

Just passing through Mobile at lunchtime and this was one of only a couple vegan friendly restaurants. We definitely picked the right one. Very fast and friendly. Conveniently located in a health food store, had to grab a snack for the road. This Chipotle Black Bean Burrito was awesome. Also fairly priced. Locals are lucky to have this place.
