We had a great dinner here on a Thursday evening. No wait! Good food & GREAT drink selection. Our server was friendly and kitchen was fast! We had the croquettes, pear salad, schnitzel, mussels, and creme brulee–all were tasty. Will come back if we’re in town.

This place is amazing. I absolutely loved our waitress. I wish I had gotten her name because she was funny and caring and very attentive to our group of 8. The food was so delicious. The only downfall (which isn’t actually a bad thing towards the restaurant) is that most of us couldn’t really read the menu. . But we managed just fine. Thank you to the staff here for a great experience.

Where do I even start! This was an amazing experience both in service and in food. We are currently honeymooning in Grand Haven and have looked forward to eating here since we got here. Our server suggested yummy drinks and the owner was truly the best. We had already planned on coming back here next summer but this for sure would be a reason to return! Go here! The food was amazing! My husband and I both ordered the fish and frites. We could’ve shared one order. The fish was fresh and fried perfectly. The frites were seasoned nicely and crisp. Our waitress was friendly and patient with us as it was our first visit. She recommended drinks and they were as good as promised. We are on the patio which was set up nicely. Plenty of room for each table and it’s covered to block the sun. You’ll still feel the heat for sure though. When we told our waitress we were visiting, she recommended places to check out during our stay. Great atmosphere, service and food!

If you can appreciate delicious fried food, check this place out, we’ve been a couple times and it’s been great! I’ve got specials both times, and their burgers are pretty fantastic. Good service and a nice atmosphere. One of my favorite places to take people when they are visiting from out of town because it’s a little away from the craziness of downtown.

Food was great. Staff was awesome. Drinks were good!! Owner came to table and answered questions and told us about a few things. Loved it. We will be back! Burgers, hot chicken (wasn’t crazy hot!), and asparagus vegan dish were all amazing! The big app with the pretzel, meats, cheeses and different dips was huge and fun to try!

Beautiful patio space to enjoy awesome food and drinks! As vegans, we had plenty of options to choose from! The vegan mushroom poutine is fantastic. The vegan grilled cheese was goey and delicious. The chickpea burger was light and had delicious pickles on it. I also appreciated that they had a big NA section of drink options! We will definitely be back.

This place has different food that you will not find anywhere else! This was our second time here since they’ve opened and we had yet another incredibly delicious meal! Don’t skip out on the Monks Board! It will make a really great summer filler!! Definitely large and enough to go around for everyone! The Brussels Burger was loaded with flavor and extra large! Service was friendly and atmosphere is very welcoming! You won’t be disappointed with this place!
