I’ve ordered food here several times & never had issues. This past Saturday I called to place a pick up order. When they picked up the phone, all I could hear was music & it took me saying “hello” 3x before someone said hello back. I informed him I wanted to place a pick up order & proceeded to give my order. I could hardly hear the gentlemen over the phone & he asked me to repeat my order several times because it was very loud in the background (they had an event going on) which was no issue.. I was just happy he was confirming what I ordered. I was then told it would be ready in 40 min. When I get there, I give them my name & the young lady asked me for my name twice. She then asked what was on the order & told me to hold on & went back to the kitchen, only to come back and ask me who I spoke with on the phone. The guy didn’t give me his name (which now I know to ask) and she continued to ask “You didn’t get his name” as if I was lying. I’m sorry but what would I gain in lying about placing an order. I’ve always had great customer service here however if you can’t admit you dropped the ball & rather blame me, the customer then this is an establishment I would rather not give my money to.

I love their Monte Cristo sandwich, and they have great wings too. They also had a new Oreo cheesecake cupcake which was delicious!! The staff is always so friendly. This is our favorite place to grab some dinner in Elgin.

First time here we got the homemade chips and queso and lemon pepper, honey bbq and spicy lemon pepper wings. Holy smokes everything was amazing and the staff was sooo nice the chips are like buccees homemade chips but better, we ended up getting more to go yumm and the wings were piping hot and delicious thanks so much for the great hospitality and yall have 3 new customers! I reserved an area at this spot for my aunt’s 50th birthday party and paid a small fee for them to also decorate. They did a GREAT JOB!!! My aunt was very pleased. The DJ was jamming all night and the wings are really good. I would recommend checking out if wanting to have a party.

I NEVER post on Google Reviews, but since I could not find establishment on Trip Advisor, I decided to do it on Google as myself. BECAUSE, the food, owner and staff were EXCEPTIONAL! I’m a “foodie,” and have traveled extensively. One of my favorite cuisines is cajun food. I had the blackened catfish with the best dirty rice I’ve ever had in my life including in New Orleans! Came with my favorite vegetable fresh grilled green beans. My friend ordered their Philly cheese steak with fries and Special Sauce. It looked and tasted great. We also had an appetizer and cocktail drinks which were wonderful. Especially, the Birthday Cake Daquri which was absolute amazing!
