The girl that took my order and handed me my food was rude and here’s my bagel. Kinda expected it from the rudeness. Take your money somewhere else!

Being a Canadian who recently moved to the states, Tim hortons is a disappointment everywhere. Especially this location. I didn’t want to give them a 1 ⭐️, I gave them a lot of opportunities, but these people either never have simple basic donuts (or other items), don’t ring up your order correctly, have a lot of attitude and are very very rude. Not once, not twice, but multiple times I’ve experienced this. They always seem to be in a rush and rushing you in placing the order and then still screw up. And I just recently found out, they CHARGE FOR WATER?!! No other place does that. No other restaurant. I wish Canadians came here and taught these employees how to serve Tim hortons properly. Please improve your customer service greatly, it lacks in a lot of aspects

On March 25th, I pulled into the drive through at 6:13pm. A lady asked for my order, which was 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees, then asked me to pull forward. Once at the window a gentleman came to the window and said they had already shut everything down and couldn’t make me anything. Unacceptable!! If your going to stop serving at 6pm, even though hrs of operation say 7pm online and on the drive through window, change hrs of operation to say 6.

Love my Tim Horton’s, however their espresso machine was down. Sad day for sure but got dark roast instead. The food and coffee were good and bagel was hot. The drive thru employee was rude and did not engage in customer service or maybe didn’t even believe in it. When I ordered a Latte, the employees said “I can’t do that today” and then silence. Ok, no problem but then offer me a solution since I have no idea why you can’t do that for me. Three stars for poor customer service.

Today on st. Patrick’s day I told my class i would get them there favorite donuts from Tim Hortons I got there at 7:25am there was 2 cars in front of me. 3 cars behind me. After 20 mins a pulled up to the window. And there was not one in side. Some of the lights where on and the drive though menu lights on allso. Everyone in line was so upset. Happy Dunkin donuts had like 10 people there working. And with a smile. They have a new customer.
