Disappointing egg farmers wrap that left me feeling just as hungry as when I pulled up and my hot tea tastes like plastic. The woman who took my order was nice (only reason y’all got any stars). Dude in the window lacked the most basic customer service skills. Mad I paid almost $7 for this bs. I get times are tough but at least try to make decent food. ~9:45 am

The only Tim Hortons that doesn’t put salt on their pretzel bagels. Also asked for a everything bagel extra toasted with extra butter and every time I light toasted with half the bagel dry. Sometimes I seriously wonder if the employee does this on purpose.

Stop by at 3:55 PM to grab one of their toasted chicken wraps. I was told they couldn’t make it because they shut down all of the ovens they used to make them. I was surprised seeing how they don’t close until 5 PM. I asked them why they would shut something that is important to business down over an hour before closing time. They said they were given permission to close it down and that there was nothing they could do. Seems to me like they could’ve started one back up to complete my order but oh well. Makes no sense to me why you would close down something like that over an hour before closing time.

I am at Tim Hortons location today. They have only drive through option so I requested them since I gave my car for servicing. The lady says that they are accepting only drive through and will take my order if I can wait for 10 mins. She called me after her current drive through orders and accommodated my request. Went through the drive-thru this morning. Both workers who took my order and handed me my order were incredibly rude. The one at the window had his mask under his nose, didn’t make eye contact one single time, and didn’t say a word. It’s the worst fast food drive thru I’ve experienced in the area. I’m disappointed, but will probably give them another try some other time, and hope it was just a bad morning for them.

This is the absolute worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The customer service is consistently awful. They serve their iced coffees in cups intended for pop. The ice melts in two minutes and the coffee tastes awful.
