Had the worst experience here this morning at the drive thru. The mic wasn’t working so as I said “hello” “anyone there” numerous times I decide to finally pull up to the front as a line had developed. And to my demise the RUDE lady greets me with BLAME “maybe you were too far from the mic” “look honey she’s taking orders it’s working.” She then proceeds to talk over me after I nicely state it wasn’t working and I was not far from the mic. She asks what I would like and states “if you have too many things you gotta park and come inside to order.” I had my baby in the back so ofcourse that would be inconvenient hence going through drive through…just horrible, rude, ill mannered staff. I live in the area and I will never come here again Starbucks is right up the street. My ordered consisted of 4 items and only 1 of which needed to be put together which was a hot coffee (she forgot 1 item but I didn’t care I wanted to leave).

Quite literally the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, the wait time can be up to 15 minutes even for just a coffee. They appear to be understaffed and sometimes my food comes out all messed up. If it weren’t for the fact that it was close to where I live I would have never gone to this place ever again.

First at time at this Tim Horton Coffee was good and hot. But the food was cold Hash Brown was hard and cold in the muffin wasn’t toast and the bacon was cold. Went through the drive thru they was fast couldn’t go back was on way to work
