Extremely limited dining room hours with an overly tight drive thru that can’t support the traffic. Used to be my neighborhood coffee and donut spot but I can’t even enjoy it in the store past 1pm because the dining area is closed.

If there was no stars I would have given that score. So slow we got out of line and left. They had all of thier staff but one working on drive thru. Line inside went all the way back to the door. Some older man brings out a rack of muffins and fiddles with those and then disappears instead of jumping in to help with waiting customers. You’ve got to do better than that. With all of us waiting and watching, you would have thought there would have been less joking around and more work being done. Took the one person working the counter over 5 minutes to make a coffee. If they’re that new, they need a mentor working with them.

Almost swallowed a piece of foil of some sort that was in my coffee this morning. I called this location to let them know about this dangerous safety hazard that they prepared only to be rudely brushed off and told by the manager “We don’t have any foil in the store so I don’t know what to tell you” I will never patronize this location AGAIN and will be calling corporate! The so called “manager” at this location could really use extensive customer service training!!

Please go elsewhere, I’ve seen complaints of hair in food, I’ve personally seen the outside garbage cans (in the drive thru) disgustingly overflowing with trash all around and inside the store the workers wear the same gloves they handle food with, to open warmer doors, make drinks, etc.
