I love Tim Hortons and this used to be my favorite location up until a few months ago. I’m not sure what changed, but coffee is never consistent or flavorful! It always seems watered down and the flavored beverages have nothing in them. No matter what I order, it all tastes the same. I drive a few minutes further from town just to get good coffee now from a competitor who is always consistent with better pricing.

Not realizing they were closing early for the holiday, I placed an online order right as they were getting ready to close. When I arrived, they not only were gracious enough to let me use their already-cleaned restroom, were very hospitable and friendly while preparing my order, but also sent home a bunch of free donuts to share with my neighbors who were financially struggling instead of throwing them in the trash. I stopped the beginning of the month of May. Had ordered my omelete bites and waiting behind another car. I saw the employee hand my omelete bites to the other car, they took them.then handed them back. I get up there, and the employee hands them to me. I said “Didn’t these just get passed to the car in front of me?” The employee yells “I didn’t do it!” still expecting me to take them. I drove off. Then last Monday…was there early in the morning. Requested an iced coffee and asked for Sugar free creamer and was told they had it. I got a dark.looking coffee and questioned it. That employee said”Our creamers are dark”and closes the door. Walks away…but don’t call to complain. Got an apology and then manager ended the call. RUDE place…NEVER going back!

Got our coffees in a timely manor, but the senior staff members who were supposed to be training a new employee bullied, misdirected and overloaded this new employee. Nothing was educational or helpful for the new employee, and it was public enough for customers to witness.

The absolute worst, lady who works at 530 am has the worst service ever. Can’t even get one dounut.. she says be right with you and never comes back, sat in drive-thru for 15 mins three days now and she never comes back. Drove off and went to McDonald’s. Seen this happening to other customers.

I went this morning and also received horrible attitude by the girl taking my order. They also didn’t have espresso to make any drinks. No where near the first time either. I pulled away without my order after the girl was rude. There are plenty of other places to spend my money. I’m not sure what sort of manager allows that kind of service. According to the previous post I was 1 of at least 3 to leave today due to it.
