I had heard amazing things about Tim Hortons from my boyfriend and his family so I finally decided to try it and WOW! I ordered a 40 pack of Tim bits and 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches and they were sooooo good! I will definitely be coming back for more

Sadly, we like Tim Hortons. Today’s visit was anything but normal. They had to remake our drinks twice and gave us a breakfast sandwich that had over cooked. The sausage was like overly burnt roasted and crunch when you bit into it. I had to spit it out. I called the store was offered a refund for the 1 sandwich, but would have to return to the store to get it, which didn’t work well for me. I was also told the prodiluct serve to me was made fresh within the last 10 minutes, because they were so busy. I suggest they check there product as this most definitely was not fresh.

I don’t like the the way that they trust me. They be saying stuff that I never did they also kick me out! The problem was I was getting coffee from drive thur way they told me to speak louder and when I speak louder and they be saying stuff that I never did! But it’s a bad place.

The place has been under new management for a while now and WOW! What a difference that has made. The coffee is always hot and fresh no matter what time I stop by. Almost always has some type of donut left and made to order breakfast all day! We love our Timmy’s!

Messed up our order in the drive through, then when we asked them to correct politely, we were told “there’s nothing we can do” (rude manager yelling over the drive through worker from background). It also wasn’t even busy. We head out and they forgot to add the chips as well.

Maybe I have high expectations as a Canadian expat but this Tim Hortons is ridiculous. They never have the donuts we want and they often get the order wrong. Today I pulled up at 2:53, cutting it close I know, but I just wanted a black coffee. They ignored me at the speaker so I drove up to the window. While they are staring at me they just turn out the lights! 😛
