Used to be a great neighborhood bar but the place has gone completely downhill due to management. Food is inconsistent and is pretty bad now. The manager, Michelle, is very rude and unprofessional. She can usually be seen drinking on the job and talking trash about people.

I went to timeout the other night and had a fantastic time. Kristina, one of the bartenders was very knowledgeable of the menu and could make any shot in the book, the best I’ve ever had! Don, the male bartender that night was the most charming human being I’ve ever met! He was great and was very timely with his service! I will definitely be back to see these two!!!!

We’ve been coming here for several years so expectations and standards are kept low. I ordered steak bites and grilled cheese to-go and after about 50 mins (and multiple attempts to get the attention of any of the three bartenders that ignored any attempt to politely gather their attention) a friend inquired about my order. This was met with a rude and hurried response that the kitchen “just got hit hard”. Orders that were placed far after ours were finishing their meal and nothing was coming out of the kitchen. I watched two servers go in the kitchen and tend to my order then brought it out and tell me it just came out. Both items were barely warm; I’d have been okay if they had just acknowledged they forgot it but instead lied. When I pointed out that the food wasn’t even hot, I was met with an unforgiving and rude “well I can take it off your bill but there’s nothing else I can do”. Honesty goes a long way and this establishment obviously lacks in that area.

Ordered appetizers for the NCAA tournament games. Shrimp and mushrooms were great. But the loaded fries should have never left the kitchen. As a cook. How would you justify sending this out?Completely burnt on the top. Definitely don’t order the fries.

One thing I HATE about restaurants is when they add on a extra fee. I don’t care it was only a dollar but the mere principle of it. This isn’t a special restaurant. Food was mediocre at best nothing I will ever return to. Service wasn’t special. Will not be returning. Please be straight with patrons and at least offer above par service if you want a good tip.
