I don’t review places, but this place feels so underated. Very delicious. I got an asada burrito, drink, & the chips & guacamole. The meat has that charcoal grill taste and it was very thin and chewable! The the chips were thin and crispy and the salsas were on point. Also the place was very clean and neat (Yes, I am Mexican).

I got a couple of tacos – chicken and carnitas. Carnitas was really good, chicken was good if average. Spouse got pastor, which was also really good. Nice patio w heaters – it was breezy and cool when we got there.

One of my favorite taco shops in HB. True wood fire grilled asada! Salsa is good and they have crunchy ice. Staff is always super nice. We’re here at least once a week.

I had the multitas which was great. If I would’ve know it was so small, I would’ve ordered three. Very limited dine in seating which meant we ate outside..85 degrees outside.

I got a carne asada burrito. It was more rice and beans than anything else. It had absolutely no flavor at all… I thought I could fix it by putting the mild sauce(an avocado sauce) but that had no flavor either. Their menu options were limited.. My quest for a good taco and burrito continues

Right on the border of Hunting Beach and Fountain Valley is Tio Flaco’s Tacos . This trip I had two Al Pastor, Two Carnitas, and one Carne Asada Tacos. Tortillas and Salsas are Hand made fresh in-house . No Templeton sightings though .
