What a delightful place. We were pleased with our breakfasts of French Toast and Egg in Sourdough bread. The Matcha latte was great and the coffee excellent. Loved the ambiance and the way they’ve made the space refreshing and inviting with plants on the walls, couches and treasures all around.

Found Toast to be a cozy nook filled with some finer things in life. The service was great and I was surprised by the assortment of holistic items there for purchase. We ordered the soup of the day, house salad, 1/2avocado toast and 1/2strawberry cheesecake toast. Portion size was great but the flavors weren’t as bold as I wanted(would have only taken of half a star if I could). it was a nice day and we loved sitting outside. This place definitely worth a try!

Really good vegan/vegetarian options! Stopped by with my fiancé who eats meat and he throughly enjoyed his meal. He got the hummus based toast with all the fixings and easy over egg while I got the taco toast with walnut crumble. Honestly better than a lot of NYC vegan places and coffee was really good! Lots of space inside and outside with a cozy atmosphere. Recommend getting an oat latte with honey if you go!

Great space on the D&L with solid coffee. Toast was pricey for just a small piece of average sourdough with a tiny, tiny salad. But the reason for the negative review is simple: they charged for half & half in my cold brew!?! I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops and charging for cream is definitely a first for me, and to be honest probably a last.

I was really interested in this place because it seemingly popped up without warning and with no online presence. The location is really nice, it has tons of seating and a very comfy atmosphere. In addition to being a fullscale Cafe they also have a selection of crystals/carved stones, frozen soups and broth, ice pops, bottled house brewed juices and teas available to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that they have a great menu, with dozens of vegan options. They have numerous milk options as well if you’re getting coffee (which is REALLY good) or tea. The gluten free sourdough was the best I’ve ever had, and it was also vegan. The service was quick and very friendly, it was really nice to talk to people who are truly passionate about what they do. They really put their all into their craft, and I can’t wait to go back for my next caffeine fix.

Cheers to Toast! Friendly people -even when busy, delicious coffee, & healthy yet satisfying toast, salads and yummy desserts. Big thumbs up up for vegan & gluten free options.

Good atmosphere, however expensive toast. My girlfriend and I spent $13 each for their bird’s nest toast, and it took 20+ minutes to come out and the eggs were insanely overcooked. The saving grace is their bottle juices though

A hip, quirky little treasure with a view of the Delaware Canal and the river beyond. Vegan friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere. The “toasts” are a little unwieldy, but a welcome change from wraps and subs.
