I drove up from Mt Airy on my day off from work. It was def worth the drive. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu Panini with pasta salad as my side. Both were ‘chef’s kiss’ delicious! I had Snickers Cake for dessert, which was also very good. There were lots of options for sweet treats. This place is immaculate, including the bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to offer freshly brewed sweet/unsweet tea. They had fresh-squeezed lemonade this particular day. Other drink options were bottled teas & sodas in the cooler. Toasters Deli will def be added to my regular rotation of places to dine in the area!

Wow! Stopped here during a long long road trip for lunch. Worth it if traveling 77, even if it is a bit out of the way. Got the grilled vegetable panini as was the only vegetarian option. Normally a hot veggie sandwich is boring, overcooked portobello, onion and bell peppers. This was fresh and interesting with cream cheese, seasoned well, DELICIOUS bread covered in toasty sesame seeds and toasted perfectly. Even meat eaters would enjoy it.

This deli surpasses on all fronts. The variety of coffees offered – and flavoured – make any on-the-go grab perfect. The food has a constantly changing ‘specials’ board, the taste and portions are exact, and the cost of your dollar is worth it! Staff members are courteous, knowledgeable about the whole place in detail, and are pleasant to the max. Don’t forget an in house made dessert!

Toaster Deli is amazing! My mom and I are on a road trip and we found this place about five minutes off the interstate in a nice little town. We are originally from New Jersey and their food reminded us of what real food tastes like. We both got an Italian sub and it tasted like we were in Jersey again! And to top it, the staff was super friendly. I definitely would recommend this place!

Found this little shop coming thru Hillsville for an appointment. So glad we did! We had the cheese burger sub, chicken salad Crosiant, the chicken cordon blu and potato salad, and pasta salad. Everything was great!! I would drive the 1.5 hour just to eat there again. Also got pie and it was just as good. This is one restaurant I can say I do not have one bad thing to say. Everything from the food to the service was great!

A hidden gem! Headed through VA up north and searched for a lunch place. Found this spot. First impressions are everything and this place is cute, clean, and bright. We were so pleased with our food – the bread is fresh, the sandwiches, potato salad, and chocolate chip scone were all top notch! We would definitely stop here again!

Enjoyed the visit at @toastersdeli very friendly. Ordered sandwich to go along with maple cheesecake $13. Little different texture with cheesecake sort of reminds me of flan yet fluffy-like. Olive mixture was very tasty; the sandwich gets a very thin sliced meat and a lot of bread. Loved the collection of toasters throughout and succulent plants for display is for sale by the Plant Lady
