Service was amazing, quick and friendly! Food was pretty decent but I’m not a big sushi fan to begin with so take that how you will . The only complaint from the sushi lover of our party of 2 was “nori wasn’t soaked enough”. The tempura shrimp was delicious as was the chicken gyoza. The Hotel California ten piece was the perfect center piece to it all!

Loved it! I’ve never had sushi made right in front of me fresh. My husband & I really like it. Reasonably priced too! We went to the one in Lincoln city. We will be going to the location in Vancouver WA for sure. I was the first customer there this morning @10:00 because it was sooooooo….good lastnight! they DON’T have the icecream cones.

Stopped here because poke sounded yummy after shopping but staff is RUDE. To a point that there is a tone in his voice…when I was just ordering…I would quit my job if I was that miserable and hated people.

Service was shockingly bad. So bad that even though the food was good, I had to give one star. Lincoln city outlet mall, the guy hates his job. He was rude and on his phone ignoring everyone. He was irritated that he had to even take the orders. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. He should not work there bringing reproach on his company.

Favorite Sushi place in L.C. the Super Salem Roll is yummy! The poke is also very good & fresh. Special buy one get one half price on Wednesdays as of November 2022 (not sure how long this special last). Highly recommend!

Horrible!!! Rude as hell staff who were only concerned with being on their phones. The drinks were like old medicine water and the food was ok on one and inedible on the Hotel Cali roll. DISGUSTING AND MADE MY WIFE SICK FOR TWO DAYS!! The food tasted and smelled way to strong for decent sushi. Fish getting old. And for sauce and they were quite annoyed and gave me just a little tiny bit. The ginger was nasty and in little packets.I recommend NOBODY EVER EAT HERE! I’ve had better food in a mall food court. Price was too high for the garbage they serve as well. If you want to make someone sick bring them here and if they handle the super slow service (that they don’t even bring to you) then you’ll love the place! Bring your own drinks or at least don’t get the drinks in the machines at the counter! Tastes like old lady perfume and vitamins and stale tap water. Could not get a refund nor drink it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! No music or anything so it’s dead silent when you’re eating. When asked “for here or to go” and we said for here. They proceeded to give us plastic everything. Plastic plates. Silverware. Sauces in plastic containers etc. It was like I just bought sushi from the grocery store. The workers aren’t nice and it makes you even more uncomfortable when you’re trying to sit down and eat and they can hear you breathing because of how quiet it is in there. The sushi was terrible it tasted stale and fake. It gave me and my partner food poisoning. Was deeply disappointed. Never going back
