Please don’t waste your money here! Bri & Emily are very Rude! Delivered this pizza to me cold and after coming here asking for my money i was told they dont do refunds and refused to remake my pizza and called the police! I have been dealing with Migraine Headache all day with nose bleeds and am very sensitive to light with blurred vision as well! Just simply wanted a good hot pizza and this is what i get no money back and this cold half cut no spinach on the veggie pizza! I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone! The employees/ so called managers need a training class on Respect your Elders first along with lots of Customer Service! I will be reporting this to the BBB first thing Monday Morning! Bri cursing in the back there playing around just down right immature my oldest child is 27 and I wish he would disrespect his elders i dont care what happened! Show Empathy and Sympathy and fix the issue! Period! WOW you have children running this place!! BBB WILL BE CONTACTED!

I dont do reviews much but had to leave one for this place. I ordered a chicken parmigiana sub 7” which came with chips or upcharge for french fries. I got the fries plus a fountain soda. I Paid $13.00 total after tip!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and a Greek entree’ salad for delivery. The salad container was not even half filled. The lettuce was wilted, brown, slimy, and smelled bad. I called to report the bad salad and asked for a replacement. Girl said she asked the manager what to do, and he said, “I made that salad, and it was not brown. I would never serve brown lettuce, and it probably smells funky from the feta cheese.” (Pics of nasty, BROWN lettuce attached.) I asked her to make it right and send a fresh salad. She told me I would have to drive up there with the bad salad and pick up a fresh one if I wanted it. (Mind you, I paid for delivery and tipped the driver.) After the call ended, my husband opened the pizza boxes.They were terrible as well – very dry, no sauce and hardly any toppings. It tasted like a cracker with some dry cheese on top. $36 wasted. We’ve been customers for 15 years, but never again.

I don’t know what it is about this location…I went to the Piedmont location and had great food. I’ve ordered twice from this location and it was like a knock-off version or something. I really loved the food at the Piedmont location, but I’ve been afraid to try ANY of their locations since going here.

Have had good food there in the past so was looking forward to eating there again. Told when we walked into an empty restaurant that they weren’t accepting dine-in customers due to their ‘waitress’ having to leave. I understand staffing shortages are affecting everyone, but can’t understand how an empty restaurant with a person manning the register can’t handle 1 table for dine-in.

Never have had any issues until my grandparents visit from out of town, we ordered one large pepperoni pizza for delivery in explained I was at a hotel, gave them the street address, the name of the hotel and instructions for drop off. We were told a 45 min wait, after about an hour and a half I called to check on it, we were told the driver should be there any minute. That was fine. I stepped out and waited. No pizza for another 20 min. I decided to let the front desk know and they said they’d call us down. Front desk informed me close to 2 hours after ordering that no one had come in to deliver. Finally got a “fresh” pizza made and 3 hours later received this. To top it all off upon calling back I was not able to have it resolved.

The food is consistently good, which is the only reason I keep coming back. The service on the other hand is lacking. Once my order is taken and food is delivered no one ever comes back to check on drinks or anything. Steak and Cheese w/fries and White Pizza are Amazing!!
