A little chain off the highway, everyone was so nice. Even gave me my food at my table. The chimkin was juicy but bland. I know why the comeback sauce has that name, I wanted moar! The onion rings were good. Tater tots needed a little more salt. A good stop and change from the normal nation wide chain

Our experience started with Ija the cashier, Keshawn the cook who made everything fresh to order & hot, Kia the lady who served us, and McKenna who checked on us in the dining area… Not only was the food outstanding & hot, the service was great. I appreciate the whole staff at this location & great food made this an amazing burger joint!

Just went to this location for breakfast. Entire floor was so slippery it felt lightly oiled. I ordered the Big Boy Breakfast and substituted a second bacon for the sausage. Filled my drink, sat down and waited and waited and waited. After 30 minutes I got up to stand with the other people at the counter holding our receipts. The young lady handed me my bags, said I had been waiting a half hour for more biscuits to be made from scratch. When I opened the styrofoam container I found that though they had taken 30 minutes they had still given me sausage instead of a second bacon. I went back up and they made the substitution. I sat down to eat and everything except the new bacon and the made from scratch biscuit and gravy Was Cold. The tots were mushy and stale and cold. They had apparently assembled my order and set it aside to cool off for 30 minutes while they made biscuits. All the while 3 or 4 employees were standing around talking loudly with an occasional vulgarity about most anything other than getting orders ready. Even the people I saw waiting at an outside table when I arrived had to come in and ask about how long their order was taking. This location has only gotten worse since I stopped going to it a few years ago. I guess I’ll try again in another couple of years if it’s still in business. With service like I just got, it doesn’t deserve to be. At least the biscuit with gravy was good.

It seemed like a nice place, and wasn’t busy. However, the kitchen crew goofed off and didn’t fire our order until nearly 30 minutes after we arrived. Someone tried to tell us that it had been canceled after being confused with another order. We didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes for food due to being from out of town and needing to be back on the road, so we had to ask for a refund.

The food was great, but wait was verrrrrry long. I’m pretty patient. I’m used to a wait because I think they fix everything to order, but that day we paid and waited over 20 minutes at the window with no interaction from the girl working the drive thru. Then she just handed us our food, no thank you, no thank you for your wait or nothing.
