This is a neat place to meet up with friends to eat tacos. 1st visit I invited my mother-in-law after her eye exam. So non-alcoholic drinks for me. The drink station was full of different flavored beverages. My friend ordered a small queso. It was a unique combo of cheese, chili, and guacamole. Wow, the tacos were spicy. My favorite tacos were the crossroads w/ corn tortilla and Beef Fajita tortilla. I can’t stop thinking of these tacos.

Great tacos and ice cold draft! Started with the Hillbilly Queso & Chips. They were delicious. My wife got the Trailer Park “Trashy” and the Democrat because she likes Barbacoa. I got the Trailer Park, Baja Shrimp, and Ranch Hand tacos. (Had to try a breakfast taco!) We sat at the bar, and the bartender was great. I had the Michelob Ultra tall draft, and my wife got the Mimosa. Which btw they have a drink menu that’s all day on Saturdays and Sundays which include sangrias for $6.00 and Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, and Tequila Sunrises for $4.25. Highly recommend checking this place out, and we will definitely be back. Also, download the app for rewards!

Had the Caribbean jerk taco, nothing to get excited over. Also had the fried avocado taco, its not bad, just ok. Tacos on average are around $5 each. Service seems to be slower than other locations.

It was my first time visiting Torchy’s, and I was surprised at the lively decor and atmosphere. I only gave 4 stars for the food because of the price compared to the portion. Yet, the combination of flavor and spice fit their names and have pizazz! Once the patrons in the area give it a visit, I believe this dine-in or takeout location could be a mainstay in the near future. Oh, and they serve margaritas and such. A big plus with me! Give them a try. You’ll be pleased.

Excellent Torchy’s location! We were traveling through Louisiana and needed something to eat and hadn’t been to a Torchy’s in a bit.

Slow service, all young kids working. Food good short of great. Have to try it again.

First place we visited was in Waco, TX. LOVE the variety and the staff in Lake Charles was great. Oscar was amazing. Gave us ideas and they have wonderful options. Not the basic tacos you get at the fast food place. Well worth your time and tastebuds.

This Torchy’s was great. May be better than the baybrook Houston location. Trailer Park tacos done Trashy are amazing. Would definitely return.

I ordered takeout of 4 tacos, a burrito, and a burrito bowl. $50+. Now the food taste great but at over $5 a taco and $10 for a burrito bowl I thought we would get a decent amount of food. The tacos were the size of a kid’s meal taco at other restaurants and the bowl was half filled. Torchy, you have to do better on portions!!! I expected a lot more for my $ and am still hungry after my 2 bite tacos were gone. Trendy place = Tiny portions × $$$! Shame!

A great place to get some delicious tacos! Don’t be fooled by the price, per taco… they are much larger than the traditional ones. And, they are packed full! One negative I experienced was the push for an added gratuity on the checkout screen. The suggested top amounts were extremely exorbitant for a counter service and self clean-up restaurant.
