I think the food looks better than it taste. I am impressed with the art and time spent on the presentation. I would like the restaurant to focus on the flavor of the food. It was good, but was a bit too much. Serving sizes are huge so whatever you get will be shareable.5 Stars on presentation as you will see in the photo it just needs to be dialed back to just serving great food. I would come back.

We had a lovely dinner at Traza. For appetizers we ordered the scallops and guacamole. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the guacamole was next level. For dinner my husband had the steak-cooked to a perfect medium rare and I ordered the sea bass, which was also cooked perfectly. My only complaint about the sea bass is that (for my taste,) it could use more seasoning. The presentation of all the dishes was beautiful. Our server Kayleigh was outstanding. The atmosphere and decor was also superb. Even if you just come for appetizers and great drinks, this is a great spot!! (Another side note, if you have a gluten or wheat allergy, nearly the entire menu is GF)

This place is a nice little hidden gem that I’m assuming won’t stay that way for long. Really intimate setting, almost makes you feel like you’re out of town. Service and food were great. Incredible presentation and service. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the seafood/vegetarian options available! I thought the fanciness level was similar to Char/Flame but a less extensive menu and less super high end options. I’d say the quality was similar to F/C just less of the most expensive/fancy steak and seafood options available – but the similar options that were available were similar quality and maybe a tiny bit less expensive than F/C. The vibe/ambience was sooo cool – I felt like I was clearly the least cool and fancy person in the whole place 🙂 the lavender mocktail I had was AMAZING but the cherry mocktail tasted kind of like a sonic cherry limeade – prob not worth ordering. My seabass was called “crispy” I wouldn’t say the outside was very crispy but the flavor was delicious and the inner texture was so soft and almost creamy. The scalloped potatoes were a little hard and under cooked for me. The asparagus sauce and mashed cauliflower was so scrumptious and smooth. My husband wasn’t in love with his beef Wellington – he didn’t like the peppercorns, but he thought the potatoes were great his drink was incredible and came lit on fire! Our server was so friendly and attentive. I was disappointed the blinds were shut, even though it was nighttime (no sun to block), because you couldn’t see the rooftop view, but I’m sure patio seating would be spectacular on a beautiful evening. I would def recommend and would return again in the future. I want to try the burrata salad and the eggplant enteree. To be honest, I think the snails at Jimm’s are better than the ones at Traza, but I would love to try one of the other appetizers next time 🙂

The ambience, service and restaurant were overall super cool. The food was delicious. I got the eggplant and my husband got the filet. They accommodated his garlic allergy with no problems which was such a nice touch.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience here. The décor is great and very elegant. From the time we stepped out of the elevator until we left the staff was warm and friendly and did great. The food is pricey, so you expect a level of service and a quality experience and the staff didn’t disappoint. Our server was fantastic. She knew the menu well and we particularly enjoyed the option of sparkling water. Great cocktail choices, served well. I had the wellington and my wife the sea bass. The pastry was buttery and delicious. Sea bass was cooked to perfection and both we presented beautifully on the plate. The wine selection paired perfectly. All in all we enjoyed the evening and would highly recommend!.

Our experience was one out of a bad movie. For our wedding anniversary we booked a reservation at the “exclusive” newest rooftop dining in town. We waited an hour for the appetizer (escargot) that was spoiled. The snails smelled like formaldehyde and burned my nostrils. As a health care professional I am now worried about food poisoning. Our waitress avoided us (seriously like we had a plague) and we actually ended up telling the manager about our appetizer. We then waited another half hour or so to receive subpar food that was barely warm. I ordered the duck. Fatty, cold, did not even taste like duck. My husband ordered the Tomahawk which was also barely warm. We have had better tomahawk at numerous places around town with a much smaller price tag. I was so frustrated we decided to box everything up and go home as we have a small baby and we had been there 2 hours already. The manager was kind and offered complementary dessert which we declined but at least he comped the snails that were not edible. Our anniversary dinner was a total flop. We will not be back. We will tell everyone we know to not waste your time, money, and definitely not a special occasion on this subpar restaurant. Maybe go for cocktails if you have to check it out. The sunset was nice anyways.

We stopped by before seeing Hamilton. The service was great, super attentive and great recommendations. The beef Wellington was cooked to perfection. The scallop appetizer was delicious. For being open only a few weeks, they are doing great. This place needs only a few small adjustments to make it A+. At sunset, open the blinds. People want to feel like they are on the rooftop, not the basement. Make sure to collect the menus – they just sat awkwardly on the table consuming space. I also suggest some rum based drinks! But overall, great job guys. We’ll for sure be back.
