Great place for breakfast. This is where you want to go for exactly what your want for breakfast. The lunch and soups are decent, too. Good combo choices and reasonable prices. Best for breakfast in Belvidere.

This place has been here for so many years. Its always been good. I remember coming here to the drive in as a kid. The breakfast is very good the service is amazing. There is a very friendly atmosphere here . Peopleoffer to share their tables with people they have never met. Very small town vibe with homestyle food. 4 years later update and it’s still really good food.

Came to this place for some brunch. It’s a halfway point for some friends in Wisconsin, we met them from Chicago. As always, I judge a place based off their chicken fried steak and eggs. The gravy was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the consistency was great, some can be runny and this one was perfect. The steak wasn’t thin and tender enough for just a fork, you needed that big steak knife. The only thing I didn’t like about it were the hash browns. I’m not a big hash browns person, I always get country potatoes and this is the first place I’ve ever been told that they don’t carry country potatoes :/ so that was weird. The service was great, always attentive to our drinks and needs, and that is what made up the difference for me. If I’m ever back in Belvidere I’ll be stopping by for more of that good coffee, service, and breakfast.

Randomly found this little diner. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Eggs cooked to order. Pancakes fluffy. French toast with just the right amount of powdered sugar. It gets the job done. @food_from_the_usa

I’ve been coming here for most of my life. One of the best family restaurants around. Do yourself a favor and try the Swedish pancakes with Strawberries, or the nutella and strawberry Swedish pancakes. Photo is of the Alaskan Waffle which my daughter loves since it means she gets ice cream for breakfast

Says they are open at 6 till 230 on Saturdays. Called multiple times to try to make an order and it just kept ringing every time. If your only going to be open for 6 and a half hours it helps if you are…idk. open?
