I was not impressed. The food was just OK because it was bland. My hamburger steak didn’t taste as though it even had basic salt and pepper, and the onions were seared on the flatop but not allowed to caramelize. Need to step up the game here. The onion rings were not crunchy, the were hard. Not good eats.

1st time there the the food was Excellent. But as far as knowing how to order and receiving our food, we were a little lost. Other customers were more helpful than the staff as far as knowing what to do and where to go after we ordered our food. But again the food was excellent, I highly suggest going in there. I hope we pass through there again because I would love to eat there and actually enjoy the food and the experience. Instead of feeling like an outsider.

A place you might pass by however that would be a mistake. Our first time there. We went for breakfast. You have to order from counter and it has a drive through as well. While we were there lunch started and there was a line! Most were ordering food from a served buffet. Our food was excellent and next back will get there sooner.

It was just ok. I had the sausage gravy biscuits. It had no taste to it, ended up throwing away. My son had the pancakes, but we had to go back and get bacon they forgot. He seemed to like them.

Second time I’ve had an issue with them. Ordered a fried chicken club sandwich only to be given the wrong order. Second time I received cold food only to be told the fryers were shut down 15 minutes before they actually closed.

I absolutely LOVE this place and the food!!!! My wife and I are from Cleveland Tennessee. We plan our trip around stopping in Laurel to eat lunch at Vic’s and it doesn’t matter if I have to leave out at 4am to get there by noon. Best food anywhere in the South
